The experience has been NEGATIVE. They lost the package and I had to claim it several times. No one answered my email. When they finally answer and tell me that they will send it to me again, they send you a lot of automatic emails that are useless. Total: Almost a month to receive it. When I tried to purchase them, the system informed me that these products I requested would be available in about a month, and so I was willing to wait patiently. The site offers a wide choice of paints. I was able to find what I was looking for. However, I was very disappointed by the delivery. I opted for an express delivery for foreign countries in order to be delivered before the weekend (delivery announced between Wednesday and Friday). This cost me over 30 euros (for 48 euros worth of goods). The parcel was only prepared on Wednesday and arrived on MONDAY! With express delivery at this price, the least you can do is respect the deadlines. Normal delivery cost half the price and was announced for Tuesday... What's more, when I opened the long-awaited parcel, the matte yellow enamel paint I'd ordered had been replaced by aquacolor acrylic!?!! In view of the return conditions (non-refundable delivery and return costs), it's better to deal with it, as the error of the prepayment is not to be taken into account.

Material theoretically shipped on March 21, 2017 as of today April 05, 2017 not yet arrived. Made request for information via e mail of where the order is to date after a week no one has responded. I paid 17 € more for a shipping service that promised to deliver the package between 2 and 3 days and it took a week and a half. I contacted the company and the only thing they could tell me is that the package has already been sent and the scam of 17 € did not want to pronounce.
