Nice site, lots of choice, but shipping takes too long, especially for the price you pay! 9 days when competitors ship in 3 days - you don't have to be in a hurry, and frankly it's a hindrance for others.

Does not respect promised delivery times says anything about product availability loses packages. Defects noted twice the first time had to refund me after 15 days of waiting for the order in fact unavailable

ordered on 26.2. and paid via PayPal arrived on 14.3. so more than 14 days delivery time goods ok what can you say about 7 pots of Humbrol colors. On the product page it says ""Goods in stock ready for shipment in 24 hours "" Sorry but that's not how it works.

For a month and a half now, I've been promised a refund because the items I ordered were not in stock. The company has already been reported to the Paris DDPP for similar problems. Who should I contact? Who's calling the shots in this company? Who is capable of making a simple transfer to an account that has been given over and over again? What is to be done with the word given by members of the company? Shouldn't non-repayment of the sum paid be considered theft? For my part I am very disappointed with 1001 Maquettes the delivery time is too long.the chosen products are not always available.order placed on 210217 we are on 130317 still NOTHING.I even thought for a long time that it was a fraudulent site.I strongly advise against it.

Model purchased on 2912. Receipt of a confirmation e-mail informing me of a delivery between 1601 and 1801. On 1301 receipt of an e-mail informing me of the non-availability of the model with the ment"" we don't know when it will be available"". On 2802 I received an e-mail informing me that the product was available and would be shipped within 48 hours. Shipment on 0103 and arrival of the parcel. More than two months of actual delay for a delay of just over two weeks initially announced..... An improvement in logistics would be welcome :) On the phone, nothing to change: friendly and good advice. I'm staying

Only the delivery was a bit long. About 10 days. I'm now building the model and painting it. Please note that paint is not included in the package. You'll need an extra 20 euros to purchase it.

Not easy to find the right brand of model. Delivery takes longer than expected, as you have to wait for collection, preparation and finally delivery. On the other hand, there's a huge choice of models and accessories.

Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. delivery time too long and explanations of delivery times anything but clear: order validation time + delivery time expressed in working days + delivery time. In the end, an order placed on 82 was delivered on 202. By the way, I ordered a Humbrol (HU033) enamel paint and received an acrylic paint.

I had to take a glossy white and a glossy red (my order was urgent) so I took these 2 colors in my order as I had no choice. Disappointed for my first order. Sincerely

Good materialbut don't be in too much of a hurry to receive the order(11 days).stock management needs to be improved as too many basic products are out of stock.

to give a correct grade, you'd have to have received the package....who's wandering where? the carrier got it, then didn't...so whose fault is that? it's clear to me that I won't be making any more purchases from 10001 ...because it was supposed to arrive within 3 to 4 days... and now it's double..... so who's taking me for a fool? the deliveryman or 1001 maquettes ....who was supposed to give it as a gift to a kid tomorrow night? now it's ruined... I can't take it anymore!

I would give zero stars if possible! I ordered a model areoplane kit on the 8th of December, 2017 and it never arrived. I got an email saying it had shipped on the 17th of December and it still never came. Despite contacting 1001 Models numerous times via their website, email, Facebook and phone (answering machine, my French friend even left a message in French!) they have never responded to me. I am extremely upset as I am out of pocket and my 90 year old grandfather is missing his Christmas present. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
