Delayed deliveries. My last order was supposed to arrive between April 12 and 17! and still nothing!

The site offers a wide choice of paints. I was able to find what I was looking for. However, I was very disappointed by the delivery. I opted for an express delivery for foreign countries in order to be delivered before the weekend (delivery announced between Wednesday and Friday). This cost me over 30 euros (for 48 euros worth of goods). The parcel was only prepared on Wednesday and arrived on MONDAY! With express delivery at this price, the least you can do is respect the deadlines. Normal delivery cost half the price and was announced for Tuesday... What's more, when I opened the long-awaited parcel, the matte yellow enamel paint I'd ordered had been replaced by aquacolor acrylic!?!! In view of the return conditions (non-refundable delivery and return costs), it's better to deal with it, as the error of the prepayment is not to be taken into account.

I am very disappointed because the delivery date has passed and I still haven't received anything. The amount of the article was deducted without any problem, so I don't know what to think of it.

Slow delivery time. Ordered a simple single sheet of decals. Don't know why it takes almost three weeks for delivery.

Material theoretically shipped on March 21, 2017 as of today April 05, 2017 not yet arrived. Made request for information via e mail of where the order is to date after a week no one has responded. I find the behavior unfair I do not think there will be new orders from us in the future. In fact situation I consider very dangerous untrustworthy. This attitude is a loss of trust you know when you pay but you do not know if you receive the goods. Situation not new but relapsed on another order that fortunately then arrived after several weeks. I suggest that if shipping is Vs weak point maybe it is better to change method while for email communication nothing before and nothing now. I feel sorry for you would have potential.

I paid 17 € more for a shipping service that promised to deliver the package between 2 and 3 days and it took a week and a half. I contacted the company and the only thing they could tell me is that the package has already been sent and the scam of 17 € did not want to pronounce. Horrible I will never buy anything from them again.

The royal sun and the victory (bought many years ago) are the pinnacle of plastic models. It's a pity there aren't any others of this size. I'd be interested.

Nice site, lots of choice, but shipping takes too long, especially for the price you pay! 9 days when competitors ship in 3 days - you don't have to be in a hurry, and frankly it's a hindrance for others.

Does not respect promised delivery times says anything about product availability loses packages. Defects noted twice the first time had to refund me after 15 days of waiting for the order in fact unavailable

For a month and a half now, I've been promised a refund because the items I ordered were not in stock. The company has already been reported to the Paris DDPP for similar problems. Who should I contact? Who's calling the shots in this company? Who is capable of making a simple transfer to an account that has been given over and over again? For my part I am very disappointed with 1001 Maquettes the delivery time is too long.the chosen products are not always available.order placed on 210217 we are on 130317 still NOTHING.I even thought for a long time that it was a fraudulent site.I strongly advise against it.

Model purchased on 2912. Receipt of a confirmation e-mail informing me of a delivery between 1601 and 1801. On 1301 receipt of an e-mail informing me of the non-availability of the model with the ment"" we don't know when it will be available"". On 2802 I received an e-mail informing me that the product was available and would be shipped within 48 hours. Shipment on 0103 and arrival of the parcel. More than two months of actual delay for a delay of just over two weeks initially announced..... An improvement in logistics would be welcome :) On the phone, nothing to change: friendly and good advice. I'm staying

Only the delivery was a bit long. About 10 days. I'm now building the model and painting it. Please note that paint is not included in the package. You'll need an extra 20 euros to purchase it.

Not easy to find the right brand of model. Delivery takes longer than expected, as you have to wait for collection, preparation and finally delivery. On the other hand, there's a huge choice of models and accessories.
