5 pots of paint ordered, 5 received. However, there was a mistake and I received 2 identical ones... So I'm missing one

I placed an order for batteries in November 2016 .2 months later nothing and ONLY one reply to my emails telling me to wait.....Who are they kidding? I don't even know if I'll be reimbursed, because in my misfortune I trusted them and paid right away, and 1001 maquettes cashed in right away..... Avoid this merchant site which hides thieves since they cash in without honouring the order or informing you of the follow-up. I'm furious and unhappy because I was hoping for these batteries for the children.

Order Wasn't Even Processed I placed an order on November 25, 2016 and paid for it in full the same day. As of January 8, 2017 the order has yet to be processed and shipped. No response from Customer Service after 2 emails.

I ordered an item on December 4th and paid via Pay Pal. On my request on Dec. 24th I got the note that the request would be forwarded to customer service - I am still waiting for the goods or a reaction or any feedback from customer service

Ich bestellte am 4.12.16 einen Artikel und habe direkt per Pay Pal bezahlt. Auf meine Anfrage am 24.12. wann ich denn Endlich die Lieferung bekäme erhielt ich die Info mein Anliegen werde an den Kundenservice weitergeleitet.... ich warte immernoch vergebens auf ein Feedback bzw. eine Reaktion oder bestenfalls auf die Lieferung......Ich kann die guten Bewertungen über diese Firma nicht nachvollziehen. RESULTAT NACH ÜBER SECHS WOCHEN: In KW32017 erhielt ich eine e-mail des Kundenservice O-To""anscheinend"" sei der Artikel vergriffen und man überweist den Rechnungsbetrag zurück. Und für diese Erkenntnis braucht es über 1.12 Monate??!! Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar

Site very poorly managed in terms of stock and shipping twice I made an order with them on products supposedly in stock and each time one or more products were missing I know other site that are much more professional site to avoid if you do not find yourself with credit and shipping costs each order

I ordered on March 7, 2016 an item received on March 8, 2016. Nothing to say about the shipment with Mondial Relais. Nickel tracking. On the other hand, when I received the product (not immediately opened), I was surprised to find that the photo-cut-out part of the enhancement kit was missing. I sent an e-mail and was asked to send a photo. Which I didn't do, since a photo can be faked (by not photographing the missing part, for example ^^). That's why I was wondering about the special offers on 1001 maquettes: Have the promotional items already been opened as after-sales service ^^ and unscrupulously put back on sale without informing the customer that the item has been opened and may be missing parts? I had a lot of trouble tracking the package because after opening an account with you I was told that I hadn't placed any orders every time I went to the "My orders" section, even though paypal had acknowledged receipt of my purchase and cashed the money. Impossible to contact you on the support phone and it was only after 2 emails that I heard from you - customer relations need to be improved. A Wee Bit Disappointed I did receive my item when expectedbut was disappointed that my rather expensive items arrived bent with only a bubble mailer to ""protect"" them. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.

I have never had such a bad company. Delivery took 10 days. Returns just as long. And I've been waiting 5 weeks for my money. Last week I was in the live chat with an employee and went through all the data again and NOTHING happens. When I send a message NOTHING happens. Never again with 1001 Modellbau. Simply catastrophic.

I received all the items I had ordered but did not receive any reply or information after sending an e-mail. So I received the goods after about 14 days of anxiety. Site to be proscribed and banned. Out of 4 orders, 3 had supply and lead time problems (whereas on the site the material was ""in stock"" or available within 6 days). My last order, which I had the misfortune to place, was dated November 08, 2016 (the equipment was available, so there was no delay) ..... Parcel still not delivered and no news from 1001 maquettes despite several reminders. Thank you 1001 Maquettes for your long lead times and for not following up our orders.

Basically everything's fine, but on the online store some items are wrong, the illustration obviously doesn't match the title. The contact form doesn't give any answer after the automatic acknowledgement, but I received copies of messages from several other customers! ? One of my items was out of stock, so it's getting complicated and hasn't been resolved yet. I recommend the site but there's still work to be done to keep up with the big competitor b

Ordered on December 5 for a birthday present on December 20 (wooden boat to build). I only saw the negative reviews afterwards and crossed my fingers to avoid them. Missed! I got there early to avoid any problems and it was a failure, I had to make another purchase elsewhere... Parcel delivered and to my great surprise the package is super light and not very bulky... I opened it and was astonished to find only a box of fittings. I call customer service, which answers with great difficulty after X attempts, and I'm told that the package will be reshipped as soon as possible by Collissimo and that I'll be sent a confirmation e-mail so that I can have everything as soon as possible. No e-mail received, no sound, no image, I have a fittings box that cost me an arm and a leg (180€).
