I am not satisfied because I was promised a delivery before Christmas and still nothing the package has not even left their company. more impossible to reach them !!!!!!!! I am very disappointed!

Ordered on December 17, it was supposed to arrive for Christmas and I got nothing to put under the tree. In addition, there was no way to reach customer service.

waiting 3 weeks for a sticker page is a bit long. moreover, they send me an sms to inform me that the parcel has been shipped and that an sms will follow with the reference for tracking, but I haven't received anything, so I had to contact you to get it. as for the rest, the packaging and the product are fine.

A Wee Bit Disappointed I did receive my item when expectedbut was disappointed that my rather expensive items arrived bent with only a bubble mailer to ""protect"" them. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.

The tracking of orders is correct, the speed of response is also correct but on the other hand delivery times are relatively long.otherwise RAS good holiday season. Sincerely

I have never had such a bad company. Delivery took 10 days. Returns just as long. And I've been waiting 5 weeks for my money. Last week I was in the live chat with an employee and went through all the data again and NOTHING happens. When I send a message NOTHING happens. Never again with 1001 Modellbau. Simply catastrophic.

Site to be proscribed and banned. Out of 4 orders, 3 had supply and lead time problems (whereas on the site the material was ""in stock"" or available within 6 days). My last order, which I had the misfortune to place, was dated November 08, 2016 (the equipment was available, so there was no delay) ..... Parcel still not delivered and no news from 1001 maquettes despite several reminders. Thank you 1001 Maquettes for your long lead times and for not following up our orders.

Basically everything's fine, but on the online store some items are wrong, the illustration obviously doesn't match the title. The contact form doesn't give any answer after the automatic acknowledgement, but I received copies of messages from several other customers! ? Ordered on December 5 for a birthday present on December 20 (wooden boat to build). I only saw the negative reviews afterwards and crossed my fingers to avoid them. Missed! I got there early to avoid any problems and it was a failure, I had to make another purchase elsewhere... Parcel delivered and to my great surprise the package is super light and not very bulky... I opened it and was astonished to find only a box of fittings. I call customer service, which answers with great difficulty after X attempts, and I'm told that the package will be reshipped as soon as possible by Collissimo and that I'll be sent a confirmation e-mail so that I can have everything as soon as possible. poor I had to chase to find where my purchase was. If you do use them, only use paypal or some other system which allows you to chase them effectively or get your money back. They use Hermes as one of their carriers, difficult to judge where your parcel is as they don't update their system correctly.

The delivery time was exceeded by one week instead of 24 hours.
