The time between an internet order and the dispatch of that order is far too long: 4 to 5 days for products available within 24 hours.

having ordered 2 assembly kits one was intact while one was missing pieces I asked for the missing pieces to be shipped but never received a response if they had answered my question or complaint I would have also given 5 stars because the site is very detailed and fast.

I don't know what happened to my cheque. I sent it the same day as my order and it arrived the day after I received an e-mail saying that you hadn't received it, 10 days after I sent it. Despite everything, I was pleased with the work that was done after this incident, because I don't think the post office takes so long to trans

Emailed at least three times through different avenues, reply to my order email, email through their site, and email through PayPal. No reply from any of those. Phone call to their area code 617 number, French message answer. Left message there to call me. No reply. Called the place listed to return items in Arkansas, which on Google maps appears to be a residence. Left a message on the english speaking answering machine to call me, no reply. Unless I have some response soon, next step is to file a grievance through PayPal, which could put a dent in their sales through that payment method.

Slow Delivery The sale of this model kit was the slowest in a sale of a $200.00 Model kit. Delivery was good the box came in good shape and took a parts count ] to make sure that all part trees were in the model kit it was complete full] count. All in All I have to say for being the slowest delivery of a sale in my case this model kit I wanted so even thou the long wait I have to say it was wait. this is the reason I only 3 stars for slow delivery response for sale DHL was good on Delivery date one day early

1 week's delay in relation to the planned delivery dateunacceptable!!!!especially when you pay a 9 euro delivery charge

I'm surprised to find that in 2015 there are e-commerce sites that don't offer order tracking, that take 1.5 months to send their products into stock, and that turn a deaf ear when you send them an email asking for explanations. 1001maquettes: to be avoided at all costs!

On 2772015 I purchased and regularly paid goods never received.The most shameful thing is their silence limited to two emails ''We will contact our logistics'' INEFFICIENCY OR REAL SCAMMERS? Contacted constantlyileguided constantly

On 070915 I placed an order for 2 sheets of decals with the little green logo ""in stock&available within 24h"". It was put into the distribution circuit (priority mail) on 140915 (green logo !!!!) and the envelope arrived on 210915. Fortunately it was priority mail. Bravo la poste!

Ordered on 01.09 and paid immediately. But no goods have arrived to date. You can also send the customer shipping number but this is not the case. calls are pushed away and if you write to them no reaction. Not recommendable.

I found wagons for the model railroad here that are no longer available anywhere else. However, it is not true that the goods are dispatched within two days. It was more like two weeks. So if you are looking for a rare model, this is the right place. However, you have to be patient.

When you take four days, in fact, you wait for payment and then you complete the order. What's more, the letter carrier never comes up to deliver the parcel. You have to go to the post office. On the other hand, if we take the parcel to Auchan St Priest for my example, we are well received and well served. Everything is easy and clear. I ordered from 1001Modellbau because I really liked their website. The goods I ordered were also immediately available and should have arrived within 2 days. In the end it took over 1 -2 weeks. Value for money is okay. But it is much cheaper if you do without an internet presence. I don't know whether I would buy here again as the waiting time was very long.
