Unseemly delivery time with few notification emails. Non-functioning tracking that made me doubt that the package had actually been shipped. I will never buy from 1001modelloni.co.uk again. Not recommended

I have never had worse results in online shopping. They did not send the order by the chosen system nor did I receive it by the one they chose. I have proceeded to cancel it and I am waiting for a refund.

Wrong and inferior locomotive delivered neither digital nor with sound. Seller does not respond Paypal buyer protection activated. I will never order anything from here again!

I placed an order 20 days ago the item was available on the website but not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Given the impossibility of contacting or receiving a response from them I opened a dispute with PayPal after several days to do so which I had to elevate to a claim since even so they did not refund me the money. As of today PayPal is processing the claim and they still have my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store is a headache time and what is worse .... money. I have never had such an experience with professionals

Company that does not send the order and whose customer service does not exist, they do not answer the messages and the order has not arrived. You would have to be very stupid to buy from this store.

I placed an order that more than a month ago appears as ""shipped"" and that has cost me a good sum of money. To date I have not received the money or the order. They do not answer to the mails and when they answer they are evasive. The last one was to tell me that there was a problem and that they will get back to me when they know something. The order was for a gift and of course it never arrived. Now according to their legal bases I have the right to ask for a refund, which I let them know by email and they don't answer either. They don't even bother to keep the customer informed if they make a new shipment as it also says in their terms and conditions...little more explanation is needed to know what we are talking about when they keep your money but you don't receive anything except silence. I recommend that no one buys here and of course they will be denu

Delay much too long...more than a week having paid a colissimo whereas elsewhere for an order placed the same day the parcel arrived within 48 hours.

A400m Grizzly A large model that I haven't completed as yet. The main problem being the undercarriage as the wheels keep breaking off their stub axles even using the smallest amount of glue. So I've had to sell them out and fit new axles of from spare plastic.. Apart from that its looking like a smashing model

the products and assortment are great cm the customer service only problem a long waiting time .... I will definitely buy from the site again with that in mind

Took forever, item labelled incorrectly, terrible service. Pathetic doesnt touch how i would describe their customer service. I ordered what was labeled as a harrier model, on May 31st. It wasnt even packaged for shipment until June 22nd! I received my order only to realize it was just the decals. I emailed them saying the product is titled incorrectly, and they started arguing with me off the bat telling me how clearly labelled they think the product is. I used examples of what I'm looking at that made me think this was a harrier model. They emailed back shoving their self-righteousness in my face. Terrible customer service. Don't even try calling them unless you speak french. This is the worst I have been treated with any company. I just hope someone reads this before they order from here and can find what they need elsewhere.

As far as the products are concerned, nothing to complain about. However, I had chosen express shipping (which cost me 15€ excessive more than the order itself) to have in any case a delivery after more than a week. On the last order, a 10500 euro metal model plane, there were two miniature dents. You say they're insignificant because they're miniature, but on a silver 172 scale plane they're obvious. Correct packaging but shipping a little slow. A mail departure on Wednesday for an order placed on Saturday morning is a bit long. Especially when you make the effort to pay for a ground parcel.

Horrible I have not received the order even in other stores in the network as hobbymdelismo are more professional because I put the same address and in this case if I arrived.

For the fact that the items were delivered from Paris to Saarbrücken, they arrived surprisingly quickly. The many emails documenting every little step of the processing were sometimes annoying. The packaging for the color tins consisted only of a large bubble envelope in which the tins had a lot of space. Fortunately, only one tin opened and the good quality of the envelope prevented a bigger mess. So there is still room for improvement.

False advertising, slow shipping, lack of communication on order status. I placed my order on May 23, 2015. It took them almost two weeks to let me know that one of my model kits was not in stock when on their website it showed available. It has been two weeks since then and I still have no order or any information on what the status of my order is. They have ignored numerous messages and phone calls concerning the status of my order. Bad customer service in my opinion, especially since I made a big order. This day and age taking a month to ""process"" an order is unacceptable. Taking a customer's money instantly and making them wait a month or more for their order to arrive is ""bad business"". Also the customer service telephone voice menu is in French not English and French. Not helpful to United States customers. They have a great website and seem to have a great selection of model kits. Lots of potential killed by bad customer service. Hopefully they will wake up and smell the coffee.(at least long enough to answer their phone) Another week has gone by and finally they have made contact with me.(Only because I posted a bad review in my opinion.) They claimed my order had issues in customs and that these issues had been resolved and my order would be shipped in another week. A week went by and I had heard nothing so I sent customer service an email about the status of my order. They claimed one of the items had been lost in shipment and of course it was no longer available. They did offer me another voucher for the price of the product. However a voucher is worthless if the company does not have the ability to process and ship a simple order. I have zero confidence right now that this company is competent enough to even handle another order. I want a full refund or I will take legal action against this ""scam"" of a company. Avoid this company. It is now almost July and I still have heard nothing about my order and have yet to receive any goods that I have ordered. Just a small piece of advice 1001 model kits: On a multiple item order if there is an item on someone's order that you do not have in stock (that you said you did have) send the items that you do have and don't hold THE ENTIRE order for weeks at a time. It would be faster for me to sail across the Atlantic and pick up the items from their warehouse in France! Pick up your phone! Communicate with your customers! Do not take their money unless you have rendered them a service.

Order placed on 280515 with confirmation of delivery between 0106 and 0306. As of date 1006 still nothing. Invoiced for Colissimo but sent by Colieco, which in terms of price and delivery time is not quite the same thing. As an indication, an order placed in the middle of the afternoon with an English site is dispatched the same day and received 3 days later at the most, with shipping costs that are hardly more expensive.
