Following orders on this site there are systematically missing products in the shipment or products available to the order and in fact absent in coimmande.

site has misleading advertising the items on their page are not the items sent I ordered a helicopter samu blanc and I received twice a helicopter that had nothing to do with my order really disappointed with this site be careful when ordering

I am disappointed with my order given the price of the model.

The site is simple and easy to use. I ordered a Lockheed AC-130H Spectre for my son but I couldn't find the list of paint cans to buy. On the site there are a lot of suggestions, but I don't know if it's for models in general or for this one in particular... D

The goods were complete and in excellent condition, but unfortunately the delivery by the parcel carrier was catastrophic. We only received our parcel after repeated requests and many phone calls... :-(

order made on tuesday delivery method chosen in 1 to 2 days to be sure to receive the parcel before saturday. The parcel arrived the following Monday, 5 days later. Package damaged box and model broken! explanation of the letter carrier: error in the shipping address! the package had been sent back to 1001 maquette!!! which I had not been aware of!

Do not purchase from under any circumstances. I ordered the Tamiya 1:35-35065 German Panther Tank on 1/10/15. My card was charged and an email sent to me on 1/11/15 that I should allow 12 - 15 business days altogether. It is now 1/31/15 which means that 15 business days has expired. My purchase is still ""order being processed"". The email sent also said that they did not have any of the item in stock, despite the website saying that there was several (as it does now). Furthermore, the PRICE HAS DROPPED SIGNIFICANTLY while my order has been sitting in processing. The amount charged to me was 36.99USD and the current cost of the kit is now 24.99 and is on sale for 23.74. I have messaged the company about having my order cancelled, or the item shipped and the difference in cost refunded to me but have not received a reply. At this time I believe that I will not receive a refund nor my purchased goods and that 44.99 (model, tax and shipping costs) has been stolen from me. Do not purchase from.

When i contacted 1001 modelkits I was told one was cancelled due to a pricing mistake clearly going against there own terms of use the other I was told was due to being out of stock of the item but as soon as my order was cancelled the items were listed in stock and a co-worker purchased the items at which point the item was listed as out of stock. I had a feeling they had a pricing error and had intention of ordering other items if things went smoothly with these orders. If they had at least contacted me to notify me of the issue or told me that the orders were being cancelled i wouldn't be as upset but the fact i had to email to try to figure out why my orders had been processing for weeks is rather absurd. Now i will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Despite payment and notification that the order was dispatched on the day of the order, no delivery has yet been made. Completely unacceptable! Never again!

The website showed the product to be in stock when in fact it was not. I had to wait 1 week for a terse response from customer service and 2 weeks for the parcel to be sent. Then the parcel was very badly packed, and some of the decorative parts came off the model I'd been waiting for. In this case, given the price of the object, one could be more careful. Goods were confirmed as in stock, paid for - then email: not in stock after all. To top it all off: No refund of the payment but a voucher was offered. All I can say about this is: absolutely lousy business practices.

Supposedly the book was coming from a depot in Europe and had some additional information required by Customs. That is BOGUS. If you don't have the book in stock for immediate delivery, say so. From now on, will use (external reference) in England. Never had problems with them. Will NEVER EVER use this vendor again. Asked for updates on status on the 16th and did not hear back for a week. This was a Horrible experience. Finished the model that I was buying the book as a reference for the day before the book arrived as I had pretty much given up on getting the book. Will never use this company again.

I placed an order on Sunday on the site for a B-19 model in 148 scale to be received before the weekend so that I could give it as a gift the following Sunday, and I received my package on time, but with a box of 4 model airplanes that I don't want in 172 scale... The error being human, I notified the site the same day, i.e. the Thursday of receipt, and after an hour I received a message asking me if I had opened the box and if I could attach a photo of it. Immediately I reply that the box is still well sealed and a photo accompanies the message. And now I'm angry because since then there's been no news, no apologies, no quick resolution and not even a word to reassure their customer, which is disappointing. I was supposed to give this model to an enthusiast tomorrow and I'll have to do without it. I find it regrettable to remain silent for 3 days when a small to find a quick and simple way out.... I'm still waiting for an answer

Earlier this week I bought 4 cans of model paint and I'm still waiting for delivery.

the order was processed quickly - the parcel was tracked and delivered on time - on receipt the parcel was damaged, but I scoured it anyway - on opening it turned out that one of the model's fins was broken, and I had to glue it back in place. The forwarder (colissimo) didn't take much care of the parcel, but the model's packaging was too light for this type of model (the model touches the cardboard directly, without any protection, especially on the front - this is unacceptable!) I'm quite surprised by the packaging, and you could have taken more precautions. So I have mixed feelings about this purchase. I had another purchase in mind for the same kind of model, but I'm reluctant to buy on the internet, as I'm a very good buyer.

model paints Of the 6 paints that I ordered one was wrong. Delivery took long time but it may have been fault of USPS. Send email with complaint (there is no phone number available). Took 3 days to respond but got credit without any questions. Had to pay some extra for shipping but only pennies. Delivery of replacement was fast and color was the correct one.

Do not waste your time or money Fast to take your money, but slow to get you your order, I think they ship by sail boat, I placed my order on 1/10 and it is now 2/11 and I have still not gotten my order. This is the most I ever paid for shipping, and the longest I have ever waited. It seems that this problem is a common concern with US customers, Their response to e-mails seem to be the same for every customer, it was interesting that an early reply was ""crossing the Atlantic"" followed two weeks later by ""sent back by French customs"" I would not suggest this company to anyone.

I preferred it when there were pages in the figurines category at the 172nd and for the other sizes too we knew which page to go back to when we had added a box of figurines to the basket whereas now we have to click again on the category and the desired size the time to receive a parcel is perhaps a little long there are also figurines that are not in stock and that we would like to be able to buy otherwise it remains a very long delay.

I ordered two trumpeter showcases that were supposed to be in stock, and after several weeks I received one showcase. No big deal, I was given a credit note for the second display case (which was not available). I ordered it as soon as it was available, the price wasn't the same and I had to pay postage a second time. I would have liked the postage not to have been charged to me, as I was not responsible for the non-delivery when I placed the order.

One of the worst I have ever encountered. Since I started to see things wrong with my order since previously they had answered me to tell me that my purchase would arrive before Christmas because I wanted it for a gift to a child. The truth is that I made a mistake when choosing the country since for the Canary Islands we have a different one from the rest of Spain. Assuming that mistake I have asked for information on approximate delivery date up to four times and I have received total silence for an answer. The last email I sent I threatened to do what I am doing now and today the system of 1001 maquetas does not allow me to see the history of my order. I see for the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer I will be without my order and let's see if I will also lose the money I paid from the past.

Must be on a rowboat. They have a excellent selection but getting them seems to be an issue. I ordered items from another company in Poland on 12/26/14 and those items arrived on 1/5/15. I do not like leaving negative reviews. Update: It is now 1/15/15 order still being 'processed'. Thanks for offering free shipping on my next order. But seeing that I am out $183.97 so far on this one I do not think there will be a next order. Sorry. 1/22/15 order still being 'processed'. 34 days now and counting. 1/26/15 Paypal refunded my payment. These guys did not even respond to Paypal's investigation. Ordered same items elsewhere on 1/26/15 and they arrived today 1/30/15. Amazing 38 days with 1001 Modelkits and they where still processing. Not a very good way to run a business...just saying. But what does one person matter to these guys.

What I received was 2 number Fiat 500's in Blue and 2 number 500C's in Pink in 1:87 scale in plastic. I also paid an extra £1.70 for gift wrapping, which was a paper bag! The quality of the products are excellent but they are not what I wanted or ordered! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped, also they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Additionally, when I checked my order on the website after they arrived, it had changed to what they delivered but the scale is still listed as 1:43.
