I ordered last summer and have not received anything. I have been waiting 6 months or more for my money back. I know that there are bigger problems in this company and that mine is probably silly compared to others but I have been so outraged and disappointed not only by the treatment received by your store but also by the fact that you have taken me for a ride so far. I hope no one buys from your store because you do not know how to treat your customers at all.

bad experience model ordered for my child's christmas announced as deliverable on the site within 4 to 6 days. model never received. they don't have it in stock and clear their name by pointing to an error in information from one of their suppliers. I asked for a refund on december 1st. on december 8th, nothing arrived on my account. i e-mailed their customer service department (no phone number given) to find out how soon i would be refunded: no reply. i will not be ordering from them again. i'm sorry, but i'm not going to be reimbursed.

Extremely slow shipping I have ordered quite a bit from 1001 in the past, but lately am very disappointed with them. They claim free shipping on orders over $200, but they charge anyway. That's dishonest. When called on it, they issue a voucher. Not exactly the kind of thing which evokes confidence. It usually takes about a month before they finally ship, even though everything is in stock at time of ordering. This current order was paid for on the 19th of last month, and still shows a 'being processed' status. They don't respond to my emails, and I even called them at (617) 849-9224, only to get a recording stating that they will respond to all emails promptly... another lie. Basically, sad to say this, but I don't have much confidence in them anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible wait times for shipping, and their prices aren't even that competitive.

I placed the order in Nov 13 and to date (Dec 03) I have not received anything the goods are reported shipped with DHL on 24112014 but the tracking is invalid. I have sent several emails to customer service but no one has deigned to respond. Will the goods arrive????

For 2 months now I have been waiting for my delivery which should have been delivered to me 15 months ago??! The particularly bad thing is that nobody from the company thinks it is worth the effort to even say a word in response to my requests. My problem is that the shipping cost from these outlets makes small items cost prohibitive. I purchased Humbrol paints from this site and found that items in my order had to be shipped from England to an Arkansas Distribution point to me.

of course when you talk to them online they don't even answer you when they see that they're wrong no answer about my order because they're not able to answer you pay +€8 extra to have it in a simo parcel and in the end I have nothing in my purse.

Great assortment but for cost we are not there.... For example, Italeri colors (I speak of complete kits) are on average € 500 more expensive than the competition. The merit though is the assortment--at the competition you often have to wait!

I'm very disappointed and I'm still waiting for delivery of my order made on November 6. Today is November 22 and there's still no delivery. I find this deplorable! I've been waiting 15 days. What's more, my card was debited immediately! They could do a deferred debit when the parcel only leaves their premises. 1001 maquettes lives up to its name by offering a very wide choice of products in all fields, and it's rare not to find what you're looking for. however, prices are higher and processing times a little longer.

The website is impeccable and with a large stock but the prices are somewhat high. I placed a small test order for two pots of paint and as the shipping was expensive I included a small and cheap model. The shipment cost 850€ for a weight of 350 grams and it took 13 days to arrive. Although they should have given me a tracking code for the shipment I never received it nor did it appear in my account on their website. I ordered a book on 6.12. 2013!!!! that was available according to the online store by prepayment. After receiving payment on 12.12.2013, I was promised delivery within 6 to 9 days! The fact is that to this day (28.10.2014!!!! after more than 10 months) I have neither received my order nor my money has been transferred back (despite assurances of a return transfer and repeated sending of all data!!!!). Today I sent a final email with all the details to customer service. If I do not get my money back within the specified time, I will do the same as other ""reviewers"" and file a complaint and, if necessary, take further steps.
