I am not happy 10 days for a package usually it takes max 4 to 5 days. The deliveryman put the parcel in the letterbox, normally I get home delivery. I didn't sign anything, if I were dishonest I'd say I didn't get a parcel. What's more, the delivery people know that I'm still at home. What a great service! Danie

It is a scam. I bought a plane to assemble in the ad it said: Plane to assemble and color with decals included and but paint and glue not included. They sent me with 5 days delay only the decals. I contacted them and after asking me for pictures of the package they were never heard from again. I researched my purchase and found out that the plane I had purchased was worth 230 euros and that they intentionally deleted the messages I had sent them to verify (prior to purchase) whether it was a decals or a plane to be built (their response was that it was a plane to be assembled and built). I after this experience have reported them to the POSTAL POLICE and will not efetuer more purchases with these people.

Product in stock on the website but finally not, so I asked a supplier to wait a month to find out that the product wasn't available... so I placed a new order with a credit note (so new shipping costs??). As satisfied as I was with my first order, this time I have a slightly negative feeling. In my opinion, stock management and website maintenance need to be improved. It's always frustrating for a customer to see their payment processed immediately and their order arrive two months later.

Order shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Only drawback concerning the Badger1000 compressor: coming directly from the USA, the electrical plug is also American ... purchase of a compulsory adaptor is nowhere mentioned when purchasing the product. This comment is intended to be constructive in the interests of the seller and the customer. Otherwise, the site is excellent and the shipping of orders has always gone smoothly as far as I'm concerned.

For some time now there have been major problems on the site: the page keeps""unhooking"" (upwards or downwards) which makes it very difficult to select products by ticking the boxes with the mouse Should USERS and BUYERS notice this?

Order arrived on time but not complete

No stock level on your items on your site. Too bad all the other sites mark the stock level under each item. You sell and you take the amount without knowing if you have the article requested by the customer and if your partner doesn't have it either! what do you do? (credit note or refund) the customer is bound to be very disappointed. When we want to unsubscribe from your mailings on promotions or other it's all in Englishbravo!!!! Sincerely, I don't think I'd recommend your site to a friend. Acceptable experience but I wouldn't do it again.

Command and material set up in command excellent and very wide choice. Unfortunately, I haven't received the package yet so I can't finish the evaluation but I hope it is an inconvenience that can be resolved soon.

Unfortunately, this rating is very poor. I ordered an AGM 109 kit in the last week of July 2014 and paid in advance. Then the wait began. Although I was able to track the shipment in the shipment tracking system, the last station where the parcel was stored simply did not deliver. I managed to contact DHL by telephone. In response, they told me when I would finally receive the parcel the next day. After seven weeks, I now held it in my hand. This extremely long delivery time was caused by the fact that my surname was misspelled although this was not my first order. Although I had described this problem to 1001modellbau several times, they only ever referred me to DHL, which transported the shipment. Even the cancellation of my order was ignored by 1001modellbau. I am no longer sure whether I will order anything from 1001modellbau again. Andreas

I ordered two kits 2 months ago which were available according to the store and were marked green. I had paid with Paypal and then received an e-mail that the kits were not available and had to be ordered. I was put off for weeks with emails and have now canceled the order and would like my money back. A credit note should be issued but I have still not received the amount back. The store has not contacted me. I am now going to the police and reporting them for fraud.

Hello first of all I would like to tell you my case in case it helps someone to decide whether to buy or not on this website. I have made my first order of models to introduce myself in this interesting world. I placed an order on August 11 for a value of 23845 Euros (a sailboat and some other little things) well the case is that everything was fine until August 13 that they sent me the order as indicated in an email informing me that it would take 5 to 7 days. When I saw 2 weeks later that it did not arrive it seemed strange to me but I decided to be patient and send them a couple of emails that of course they have not answered. My surprise was great when last week I went to see if there was any news on my order and when I went to enter your page they had deleted my user (with order and all) in fact I tried to register again and allowed me but my order did not appear anywhere. They did not send me the tracking number nor did they reply to the message I sent them through their website. Otherwise order received in the time indicated correctly packaged and without any damage.

It took a little while. I get my packages sent from the USA faster! The excuse that suppliers have trouble supplying is pathetic. When you sell online you need stock! Otherwise I received what I had ordered and in good condition (which is not always the case with some poorly designed sites). What's more, the prices are right, so overall it's a good deal.

Around 80 euros for a wooden bridge that the letter carrier has to abuse to get it into your letterbox... Perhaps in future it would be wise for the site to mention the fragility of the parcel and above all for it to be rigid enough to prevent folding. Thank you and see you soon.

I ordered from 1001 Model Kits however my invoice came from 1001 Maquettes. The 7-9 day promised delivery schedule was not met the items advertised as being in-stock were not in stock. Response time for customer service inquiries was 2-3 business days this is very poor. I would not order from this company again nor would I recommend that anyone else do so. I cancelled my order which was never delivered. I did receive a full refund upon request.

I was happy to find a product that was almost impossible to find on your site. Unfortunately, the description turned out to be wrong and in the end it's the same as everywhere else, which is a pity. Delivery times are relatively long compared with the competition, but the site remains relatively secure.

I ordered varnish and decals and everything arrived in an envelope with bubbles. ...the decals have suffered (folding, damage to a decal ...) the least I could do would be to slide the decal board between 2 sheets of cardboard, which would avoid, in my opinion, the deterioration of these somewhat sensitive boards.

First buying experience on 1001 models unfortunately not entirely satisfactory. The order placed (and paid for) on Sunday, July 6 arrived on Friday, July 25 despite the fact that all of the products ordered were marked as available except for 1 listed as in stock and shippable in 4-6 days. After about 10 days of waiting an email informed me that such product first delayed and then unavailable would be cancelled from the order its cost was returned to me in the form of a voucher for a later purchase (would have been more welcome the money back but so be it). Finally on the 17th the package is shipped the tracking number I receive only on the 24th (it tells me that on the 23rd the package left France was taken over by a courier) but by now it is of no use since it arrived on the 25th and mysteriously also contains the product unavailable! Just as well even though by now I had ordered it and received it (in three days!) from England. Positive sides: - lots of products that can be ordered - with sales you can find nice models at good prices. Negative sides: - standard shipping and delivery times too long even unnerving in case of temporary hiccups - though not the company's fault - in the delivery of the products - automatic communications via site account or via email unclear and often late - packaging definitely improvable considering the fragile and expensive nature of the goods handled.
