Even after 10 days, the model I ordered and paid for has still not arrived. The delivery time was given as 6 to max. 9 days.

i bought some RC nn ship anything just a very slow order too that magazine . and i am new in comerce RC ( i buy and sell ) and that site is not good for me because all mei order in stop .. sorry for my language i am not Italian to speak well

this is the first order I've placed with you because I usually buy from oupsmodels. The difference with them is that in 2 days I have the equipment and the prices overall are 2x cheaper, so it's up to you to decide, Cordia.

This is the first and last time I'm ordering from this site, which doesn't give a damn about the world and uses holidays or the post as an excuse. Order placed on June 23rd and it's now June 7th=)The product certainly comes from the other end of the planet on foot................... To be avoided urgently. Hello, I still haven't received my order, which left FRANCE TO FRANCE 4 days ago, whereas I ordered other model airplanes in South Korea and received them in 3 days. What's wrong?

My order placed on June 9, 2014 for my son's birthday has still not been delivered.Impossible to reach anyone at the phone No...? bizarre ... Wednesday is closed so I'll call again tomorrow, Thursday. Imagine my son's disappointment waiting! I will not recommend this site. Cordia

The products and packaging are perfect. However, the delivery time is really long (10 days). This point needs to be improved.

I premise that my situation started by placing an order on 200514 has yet to be concluded...on 2105 I made the transfer and on 2605 they wrote me:"" YOUR ORDER IS READY YOU CAN ACCESS THE TRACKING OF YOUR SHIPMENT."" As well as' after my reminders as I could not find the said tracking and on the site gave my order still in processingthe day 0306 found this excuse that I have also read on other posts : "" FOLLOWING THE ERROR OF A SUPPLIER WE ARE ALWAYS WAITING FOR THE ITEM"": but how? Wasn't my order already ready? And then when I had made it the item in question was available even reported 4! 0806:"" THE PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT AND YOUR ORDER CANCELLED. WE WILL REFUND YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE."" Only after 3 more days they asked for my information to make the transfer and the next day I sent it to them punctually. the 1606:""THE REFUND SHOULD BE MADE TODAY OR IN THE NEXT DAYS"" . Of course the SHOULD was a must since to date (220614) I have not received anything yet and their response time to my emails has always been biblical. I hope the situation will be resolved as soon as possible since it has now been a month since my payment and two weeks since they said I would be refunded.... Conclusion:never had a worse experience even remotely comparable!

I will definitely make more purchases in the future hoping to avoid some misunderstandings that have arisen over payments

It doesn't seem normal to me that they take a week to prepare an order for an object and then add to that the week it takes to ship it. And I needed it for a gift.

I placed my order on May 29, 2014, today is June 12, 2014, and I still haven't received anything. What's more, some CHRONOPOST delivery drivers systematically put a delivery notice on the pretext that I'm absent (whereas most of the time I'm at home).

At no time did they have a clue as to my order status, location of said order, or real time stock quantities. Customer service is automated, with canned responses, and few and random. I should have been clued by their policy of charging for the item when ordered, not when shipped, so you have no option to cancel or refund an order after no contact or response after an extended wait period. If you use them expect double the wait for shipping and handling (items ship to them and then to you) and notice fluctuating site pricing. It took my order three weeks to arrive, and they said it was crossing the Atlantic the day before it was dropped on my porch on the US west coast. Most of their stock is sold to the public directly through the manufacturers. Good luck.

Good but delivery times a little too long

Two weeks to receive the order. Little or no information during the process. There is no way of knowing if the product is in stock or not, so you buy blindly, since at no time do they inform you, I guess so that you don't refuse. There is also no tracking of the shipment by the courier company. In short, there is room for improvement at all levels.

There's no doubt that n1001 Maquettes offers a wide choice of products, from hardware models to various products (paints, glues, etc.). However, order processing could be improved. For example, for a payment accepted on 2305, I received a message the same day announcing that the order had been processed, then three messages on the 29th and 31st announcing that the order had still not been dispatched due to a product backlog. It was only on 0206 that I received the dispatch message. At no time was I told what the missing product was, what the expected delay was, nor was it suggested that I give it up or replace it with something else. In short, a beautiful catal

Items arrived well protected in rigid cardboard flat mailer and in great condition after about 4 weeks. Keep in mind that at the same time I placed this order I placed some other orders with vendors in Australia and Singapore. I received those orders in about 1 week via direct international mail as flat packages (just like these decals). Denver (where I live) to Paris distance is 4900 miles. Denver to Sydney is 8300 miles and Denver to Singapore is 9000 miles - get the picture? I don't know why it should take so long to get a flat mailer from 1001, but they really need to work on improving their shipping times. That being said, if I needed something that they had I would be confident ordering from them in the future, but would be aware of the long wait time.

Veeeeery slowwwww...... Very impressive site with lots of goodies for the modeling enthusiast but... I registered and placed my first order for 4 decal sheets on April 1st. The prices all over the site were within the market range. But the postage charged (8.90€) was excessive even for registered mail for a 20 gr. envelope. All the items were marked as available and 3 of them had 5-6 day shipping time indicated. I paid thru Paypal on the same day. The next day I received an e-mail message that the order has been processed and that I will receive my order in 6-8 days. After ten (10) days (on April 11th) I received another e-mail saying that my order has been shipped!!! Because the shipment had not arrived on April 29th, I sent an e-mail asking for details and where do they ship from. I got an answer the next day saying that they ship from France and that surface mail (!!!) might take longer to arrive. On May 12th I wrote again to their customer service complaining about the long delay in their delivery and asking for an answer. I also opened a dispute in Paypal's resolution center. I got a message the next day saying that the envelope must be lost and that one of the decal sheets was no longer available. I was given the option to buy something else from the site and so I did. The new order was processed the next day (May 14th), I received an e-mail on May 19th that it will be shipped soon (!!!) and finally an e-mail on May 21st that it was shipped (more than a week after the new order was placed). The envelope arrived on May 27th which is within the normal range for an intra EU 1st class mail. Mind you the postage affixed was 1,35 € !!!! I have to point out that I trade over the net constantly and never had a problem with lost mail in over 600 transactions during the last 8 years or so. There is something definitely wrong with their very slow shipping and equally slow customer response service. Possibly the items sent from the EU are not in stock there and have to be shipped from elsewhere thus the one week between ordering and shipping. I cannot detect any malicious intent but I am skeptic about any future purchases from them......

good site but needs improvement in speed

I placed an order with them and a week ago I received a different material at my home than the one I had purchased. In the last week I have sent them two emails explaining the incident and they have not even answered me.

THE PROBLEM WITH ""CHRONOPOST"" IN COMPARISON WITH THEIR CONCURENT IS THAT CHRONOPOST DOES NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER AT ALL??? I WAS AT HOME THE DAY AND TIME CHRONOPOST CAME BUT THE DRIVER ONLY PUT THE NOTICE IN MY MAILBOX!!!!

GLUE ALL OVER MOTHER""S TABLE, Won't be able to set down for week! I won't buy anymore that you must use glue on. Mom threw them away after I glued a piece of a plane to the table. I have to pay to get the table refinished.

Rubbish. Utter, unutterable rubbish. Their internet stock levels are a fiction. Their emails re unavailability do not agree with the items they actually send nor with later emails they send. When they do send something, they send the wrong items. Perhaps next time they should make sure the guide dog is awake when picking stock how an American landing craft can look like a Tiger II I don't know clever German camouflage I suspect. Avoid this firm like the plague. My advice is to buy from (external reference) in the UK. I will from now on.

I ordered material on day 652014 on day 752014 I receive an e-mail that the package is readythen nothing.Meanwhile within a week I send 3 e-mails asking for information. No response. Whereupon I contact Paypal and open complaint. The day 1552014 arrives E-mail telling me that the package is ready (but it was not already 'a week before? and I tell him ...)) and that I will be 'sent shortly.The package arrives on 2052014 perfettoben packed and with all the contents directly from France.peccato really for the long time and for the bad communication with the customer (see the other negative reviews all focused same problems) because the store and 'well stocked and deserves. I hope this review will serve to improve (but a lot) this negative side.

I can not comment on the model because as of today I have not yet received it. When I receive it, I will send you my opinion.

Despite an item being in stock and an advertisement indicating fast delivery, it still takes several days for the item to arrive. Even after the confirmation e-mail indicating that the parcel has been dispatched, it can take almost 2 weeks. For example, I ordered on April 29 and received a confirmation e-mail on April 30. On May 2 I received an e-mail saying that my order had been dispatched, but to date (May 11) I've received nothing... On the positive side, the item search system is well done, and there's a wealth of items on offer& the rare bird"". It's the shipping time that needs to be improved, especially since you're paying shipping costs for fast delivery.

More than 17 days waiting for the order without any explanation from 1001 maquet

Both the main packaging and the original box of the toy soldiers arrived punctured and broken. Fortunately, the toy soldiers were intact.
