Sloooooow! I've ordered from 1001 Model Kits in the past and everything about the experience was outstanding. This time however, has been so so. I placed my order at the same time as I placed an order from another online hobby shop. I received an auto-email telling me that my order had been processed and I would receive my order in 6 - 8 days. 10 days later I received another auto-email stating that my order had shipped and I would receive it soon. That was 11 days ago. It has been 3 weeks since ordering and still no sign of my product. I received my order from the other hobby shop 2 weeks ago.

Products nothing to say. Delivery times not in accordance with what is indicated on the site. The products offered are not necessarily in stock contrary to what is indicated and no communication on the part of 1001 maquettes on this subject which makes your order stall without explanations of their initiative. It is supplied after contacting customer service. Customer service rather good, good reception, acceptable responsiveness. Despite these rather annoying problems (order placed one month before Christmas which almost didn't arrive, a large part of the order not in stock, no refund, so I was forced to buy again on the site in a hurry, the order arriving a long time later), I think I'll recommend the company again.

I feel completely deceived. The models they sell do not indicate the size, I bought one of an airplane I paid almost 50 euros and when they sent it to me the plane was 8 centimeters long. Also if you want to return the product they do not refund the money but give you a voucher which is completely illegal. In addition to the above the delivery of the package was not made within the stipulated time but was delayed. A disaster I will never buy from them again.

It is ""distressing"" to note that the tags (product available) do not correspond to reality and that the 7 days for the delivery either. I also agree with the previous comment about product prices: you can find cheaper products if you look hard enough... The parcel was well protected and complete, but the delivery time was much longer than expected (3 weeks instead of 10 days). It was for Christmas all right, but I would have preferred to have the actual delivery time so that the big kid wouldn't be disappointed and impatient.

The site is remarkable, with numerous search criteria etc... As for the number of references, it's truly exceptional! Thousands of items! On the other hand, delivery times are sometimes a bit long. Too bad....But it's still great!

A delivery deadline of 5-9 days was not met and it is also strange that the receipt of the order is recorded twice in the log - once at the time the order was placed. Then the receipt of the (advance) payment was noted and after some time (3-4 days) had passed my inquiry regarding the status of my order was answered by saying that it could only be packed and shipped once my payment had been received. However, this had already been received beforehand, but AFTER the payment had already been made and confirmed in the progress log, the order had been received a second time. As if this was just the beginning of the order. This is naturally confusing for the customer. In fact, I received the goods much later than promised in the online store. The goods were intact but carelessly packaged. The cardboard box on one side of the kit boxes was stuffed with crumpled packing paper - only very loosely. But the rattling of the injection molded frames that could be clearly heard from the outside gave rise to fears that the kits, which were only very sparsely cushioned on the top, bottom and right side, might have suffered. But in the end this was not the case. I was very pleased that I received kits that many of the dealers I asked had already described as 'out of stock' 'no longer being produced' 'no longer available' 'no longer being produced' etc etc.. Once again in a bad mood he told me well if it makes you excited give it to me. After giving it to me he told me that if I had bought the normal non-urgent transport I could wait several more weeks. I told him correctly that there was no ticket as of September 25. He told me to talk to DHL. At this point I was already pissed off because of the bad treatment I was getting from the 'asshole' (excuse me) speaking to me in French. I told him in a correct but angry way that I had ordered from 1001maquetas not DHL. He told me to wait for him. I told him what kind of service is that. And his answer"""the one I'm giving"". I told him that if he was not going to help me or talk to me in the right way being that I was the customer I wanted my money back. He replied: That's what we will do. And he HANGED UP on me. I have been working in customer service for a company for 13 years and this is the 2nd worst service I have ever seen and I am fixed by work default. I will never order again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

From order to receipt it took 15 days: TOO LONG TO WAIT

First order placed on 02072013 received on 10102013!!... More than three months late for items announced as being in stock and supposed to be delivered in 48h!!!! But since I'm patient, let's admit this first point. So I end up with a €12 voucher instead of my three cans of paint. I decided to use it to order an equivalent product from another manufacturer, marked as being in stock. By the way, I notice that the unavailable products for which I had to wait three months are still listed as being in stock on your site... No comment. My three jars in my basket, I decide to finalize the purchase when I realize that I still have to pay the shipping costs! As a result, I have to pay twice! Unacceptable! My patience was already beginning to wear thin with your repeated delays, but this time it's the last straw!
