wrong items received, no support by mail since delivery I ordered two tie-clips... received rather quickly but it was the wrong color (gold plated instead of nickel). I tried to contact them since, but so far no answer whatsoever.

I received two thunderbolt P47 canopies and they were crushed! I couldn't get them back to their original shape. I received these pieces wrapped in bubble plastic in a paper envelope. It would be better to send them in rigid cardboard packages. What recourse do I have to obtain the canopies in good condition? This incident may not be your fault, but your packaging deserves to be improved.

I will never use this company again. The goods have still not arrived after two weeks. Instead there are newsletters with models with Nazi symbols and tanks from the world war. If the package does not arrive within 4 days, I will ask for my money back.

Good for the product, true to the catalog image, not so good for the delivery time (product arrives from a warehouse and is shipped by the site (2 days lost at least) and finally, shipping costs of 5€ and change for a purchase of 289€ are petty. I had booked express delivery to receive the parcel within the week. I didn't hear from him for the whole week, and it was only the following week that I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel was on its way. So I received it well after the 4 to 6 days I'd expected when ordering. I sent an e-mail before receiving it to find out why it was late and why I had received duplicate e-mails with errors in the automatic e-mails (one sentence did not appear correctly). I was waiting for an explanation. I received a few lines of reply with no apology, no explanation and, above all, no answers to my questions. So I sent another e-mail and I'm still waiting for an answer. This company doesn't manage after-sales service and customer relations at all. I'm very disappointed. I'd read some good comments, especially about deliveries, but apparently not everyone is on the same page.

Virtually unprotected packaging (a small piece of crumpled kraft paper insufficient to protect the miniature during transport. On unpacking, I see that the car's windscreen is broken. I wrote to 1001 maquettes...who merely offered me free delivery on my next order..... even though this was a standard commercial offer (I had already received an e-mail to this effect before delivery!). If I hadn't been threatened with a ""hand courante"" for not respecting the purchase contract for a model and a sheet of ordinary decals, I'm sure that three yes three months after the order I'd still be waiting for my pack of 1001 Maquettes. apart from the comment concerning the age precision, I found the service very good in terms of communication by e-mail for rectification or addition of information in the course of sending if there is a reception problem.
