Hello, a quick note about my order. As far as processing and delivery are concerned, nothing to complain about. Quality of paints, brushes and small equipment in general. However, I was disappointed with the ITALERI figurines. They're crude, lacking in finesse, and the details of the parts are non-existent. I think there should be a more precise description and photo of the contents. It's true that I stopped modding a long time ago.

I received two thunderbolt P47 canopies and they were crushed! I couldn't get them back to their original shape. I received these pieces wrapped in bubble plastic in a paper envelope. It would be better to send them in rigid cardboard packages. What recourse do I have to obtain the canopies in good condition? I will never use this company again. The goods have still not arrived after two weeks. Instead there are newsletters with models with Nazi symbols and tanks from the world war. If the package does not arrive within 4 days, I will ask for my money back.

I had booked express delivery to receive the parcel within the week. I didn't hear from him for the whole week, and it was only the following week that I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel was on its way. Virtually unprotected packaging (a small piece of crumpled kraft paper insufficient to protect the miniature during transport. On unpacking, I see that the car's windscreen is broken.
