I do not recommend this site, my order was badly prepared, a product not delivered although in stock, the other products incomplete, delivery times not respected, I had to return my incomplete order and be refunded by PAYPAL, I advise you to use this method of payment in case of problems with them. They are unreachable on the phone and don't always answer quickly, or even forget to send you their replies. Added to this is a billing error, inaccurate total and a wrong parcel number, making tracking impossible! We wish you good luck!

On August 5th I placed an order for Evergreen paints and squares. Does anyone think I would have done it if I had known it was going to arrive on September 13th? The shipment must have been sent by turtle courier, it took 10 days for the package to arrive in Paris to Spain. It took 10 days for the package to get from Paris to Spain. I would not recommend the purchase: I made the purchase, a week later I received by mail the status of the order indicating that it would arrive in a few days. Cela est justifié par un article manquant pour lequel j'ai reçu une note de crédit sous la forme d'un bon à valoir... une note de crédit implique un remboursement et aucune autre formule n'est acceptable. Compte tenu de la médiocrité du service je n'ai pas l'intention de faire usage de ce bon à valoir. D'autant plus que si j'en fais usage, je serai facturé des frais de livraison. Pour info, ces produits sont disponibles sur d'autres sites de vente et en général 30% moins chers.
