They list items on their website they don't have. I don't want to say it's a scam, but it's pretty close. They disregarded my email instructions regarding my order and took their own actions. Very disappointing.

The special radar tower I bought with previous order , expensive and quality pulls at nothing for a collector-builder .To place so many orders with you this is really very poor result , really leaves much to be desired .

My order was over a month late and I couldn't get an exact delivery date!

No luck with this order, three months for delivery after two phone calls and two emails with no response, so yes, just one star, and I will no longer be a customer of this site.

My order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the color number labels were glued over all the colors. It was very time-consuming to wash these stickers off without damaging the stickers underneath.

A stock order taking almost 14 days instead of three days. Probably 1001 hobbies had to order the product from Japan first and then send it to me. Really sad when the item is listed as stock with the mailbox package also having to cost at least 6.95. This was my first and also my last order at 1001hobbies.

There were some problems with the stock of some products so it took a while, but as soon as it was shipped it arrived within 3 days and in very good condition.

I received a broken 80€ figure. After I contacted them, of course, they wanted to give me a 15€ voucher (for a broken 80€ figure ???). Since I was not satisfied, they wanted me to absolutely destroy the figure and send a picture. Only then would I have gotten a new one, so I preferred to take the 15€ and fix the figure with some glue, but I have to say that the shipping and how it was packed was absolutely bad.

When I placed my order it was supposed to ship within 1week. After 2 weeks I received my order. My messages on your site were not responded to. You guys are even slower than aliexpress. I will never order anything from you again. Worthless mess.

There was a spray can of Tamiya TS17 missing. I reported that, but haven't gotten a response yet.

The first order placed on 17/07/23 arrived on 26/07/23. The second order, placed on 18/07/23, has not yet arrived (27/07/23). To be improved!

We ordered a helicopter for our son. The packaging had already been opened once and the remote control was missing. Tears flowed at the birthday table. My son asks me every day if I have reached anyone at 1001 - unfortunately not. I am now getting the money back via Paypal. Never ever again.

Run away! Deadlines not met, customer service in freewheel mode: unable to do what's asked of them. A lot of stress and fruitless e-mail exchanges. A horror! All this to find myself running to find a replacement gift at the last minute, when I had ordered 2 items in March for an important birthday in June... Help!

disappointed by the quality of the paint, throw away one can and the other will soon do the same.

The models were a gift to my husband for his birthday so I payed the extra for them to be gift wrapped. However the gift wrap was a lot to be desired it looked liked they couldn’t be bothered so had to redo it. Otherwise quick and easy.

I did not receive the item I ordered.

The items arrived, but communication about delivery left a lot to be desired.
If you call them outside of business hours it seems like they have been closed for two years.

Searching for specific products a bit complicated

Order was uncomplicated and arrived quite quickly. However, the contents were dirty/dusty.

The free shipping advertisement seems to be misleading because it does not explain when it applies and when it does not apply apart from the minimum purchase amount.

The carrier damages the packages, which is a shame and not the first time. We should think about changing carriers or ringing the bell.

Not all items are cheap; in fact, some are out of the market.

Good for management Improve kits. Cutter a bit light Medium brushes. I have better Raphaël brushes.

Delivery took a very long time; battery broken; now I am supposed to send the defective battery back so that they can see what the problem is; I ordered the product in May and have not been able to use it until today in mid-July; who knows what will happen next

After five weeks , which is super long , I finally received the order . half of the stickers were short . too bad , but I have not seen me again . I sent an email , but got no response to date .

The packaging was terrible and obviously the display case was broken, I claimed it and never heard from them again.

Very poor delivery by the post office

I am very unhappy, this is the second time I have ordered from this site and both times there have been delays in delivery. Product ordered on June 16th received on July 8th. There will be no third order. For a site that recommends buying French, you should be able to deliver within 3 days maximum. Comprenne qui pourra !

Slow delivery service and not specified at time of order.

1. Free delivery from spending 100 euros, quite high but with such a store you're soon there anyway. I order here for 160 euros and use my vouchers. But they are not seen as money but as a discount code so you still have to pay shipping costs. Ridiculous 2. You order some things, half of them are delivered, namely all the small stuff, but you can forget about the big and expensive kit. If you then contact the customer service you get a response if you can send pictures because it should be in the box. Responded twice now and 2 weeks later and never heard anything back. 2 weeks to receive an order is pathetic, unacceptable. A serious lack of professionalism.

I didn't even get half of my order but paid for it. I actually want my money back.

Rather long delivery time, no information, difficult to contact seller and in the end one of the items was changed for another reference, certainly equivalent, but a little message would have been welcome. In short, first and last order with this seller.
