My order took a month to arrive and without explanation, stuck in transfer, it's a bit long for an item in stock.

I had no trouble navigating the site, and the delivery of the products and telephone contact were correct. However, as far as the products are concerned, I was disappointed by the decal sheet.
In fact, for the high price of this DACO DECAL item, I only got a few roundels and badges, but NO fuselage code, and only one profile out of two (same for the wings above and below).
I was hoping to receive a more complete and detailed plate. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery is often not in accordance with the indicated deadlines.

I placed the order on July 6th and it has not arrived yet, it is August 9th, I am trying to get in touch via email but there is no way, I have sent 3 or 4 emails already and no answer, it seems that I have lost my money ordering here.

time to receive delivery of product sold as available extremely long. other suppliers deliver in two days ....

Unable to deliver 1 box of soldiers in 1 72. Sent me 2 boxes in 1 35. Not serious at all. Not about to order, will go and see the competition.

Items are good but prices ads shipping way too high.

The number of models great, the order easy to place, the delivery could have been faster and the condition of the product upon arrival good. Overall good

Takes persistently long for order to be delivered, 2 months is not an exception, by the way, delivered well taken care of, great stuff

Package came from France to the United Kingdom in only one layer of bubble wrap as packaging, no box at all!
As a result my item, which was a collectors piece, was damaged very badly.
To add insult to injury they also taped my other item to the collectable items box, damaging it further.
I contacted them but have had no reply so far, I wouldn't recommend 1001 Hobbies.

Pity I didn't search the web before I bought it as I could have got it cheaper. But now for each model I think I would like to build I have googled them and if the model is not considerably cheaper for similar priced ones you can get them without paying postage. Sorry I will not use you again unless I am desperate and watch out for 2 month delivery

You advertise as 1001hobbies.co.uk but I had to pay import duties of £80.00
How do you think I feel about you

ordered 1 box of soldiers in 1/72 and received the same box in 1/35 twice after almost 3 weeks. Not serious at all, especially after being wrong 1 time and making the same mistake again. I'm not about to recommend your company and would like a full refund for my order.

Perfect packaging, very good condition. Some reservations about the timing and the.unclear delivery dates

Delay in ordering a second battery, although the quantity was sufficient when the order was placed. But after this problem delivery OK.

I received a Mickey puzzle, but the picture on the website is of cats. I wanted the cats. Disappointed because the photo and the title don't match.

Part of the order does not correspond to what was purchased. I have already sent two emails to customer service and they have not answered me.

Page not recommended at all after a month of waiting for an order that said 2 to 3 days I got the figure that was not instead of sending the expensive version they charge you as if it were that and send you a normal one.

I found what I was looking for, however, the shipping cost is too high.

After placing the order a month ago, I still have not received the package.

Not delivered on time and an extra £50 in shipment taxes - not made clear on the website!

My last order was rather disappointing.
I had requested the order be canceled due to its prolonged time in being filled and my money refunded. The order for decals was several months in processing.
The request was seen but ignored. I found this as being extremely unprofessional. The refusal to refund my money was annoying and frustrating. Since the order was several months old without being filled or any notice of anything being done till it was shipped months after the order was placed.
This will affect any future orders, if any, that I place with 1001 Hobbies.

Packaging: Very well thought-out Delivery - Delivery time: RAS Model: "The tailplane / rudder" in plastic, color "Light gray", should have been painted blue like the fuselage! Fuselage paint: you should have chosen a blue that was "matt or slightly satin" for greater plausibility.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Paid for Express delivery and said it would arrive 2-3 business days. Kept looking for tracking details and found nothing. After a week tried calling the number in the UK as it was a .co.uk website. This was then I got suspicious. Number kept dropping out. BEWARE. This is not a UK based Company like is says it is.
Emailed and got a reply saying item was in received in the UK on 11th July and I would get it within 2 days. Well two days had already passed and nothing.Still no tracking details
Called my credit card company to report a scam. They said to wait another week before looking into it. Then on 20th July nearly 2 weeks after placing order I find I have tracking details. These showed the item arrived in France on 16th so a complete lie by the company telling me it was in the UK on the 11th. It then arrived in UK at Heathrow on the 19th in the evening. I actually did receive this , thankfully but not until the 22nd July having paid for 2-3 express delivery on 8th.

+ The paket was well packed and everything was in it unscathed - it arrived much too late.

Problem with IBAN number on prepayment (Hobbies error). No reply by e-mail until after a reminder from the bank.

all-assembled figurines contrary to my habit of working with spare parts;no pleasure in creating.figurines added to my stock for later use.the capped heads can be adapted fortunately.

I am not happy, of the two models that I ordered I have only received one, the Diana vehicle, the other one "Waiting for replacement : Horch German Major Car (Kfz.15) Early Version" I have not had any news. I have tried to call several times and on the customer service phone there is a voice mail. The store has not contacted me by phone or email as other stores have done when an item was pending replacement. As long as I have no news from Customer Service or the model does not arrive I do not think I will buy again, it is a pity because it has good material that you can not find in other stores.

Customer service really sucks, you can tell they send your messages ASAP with standard replies. Without taking the time to read through and help you properly. Haven't come across such Customer Service since years.

When you order, the product is in stock but for delivery you are missing part of the order and you do not communicate enough.

Good site, with lots of references, even if some are missing (e.g. Vallejo). Filters could be more relevant (e.g. set the model aircraft filter and end up with cars).
It could be interesting to describe what the manufacturers do, to enable novices to choose with greater confidence.

Poor communication regarding order, and should have been more warning about import fees due.

Fast delivery but product a little below my expectations. Storage box a little damaged and two figurines missing.

I ordered in December but one large item was not in stock (although that wasn't stated when placing the order). Instead of refunding the 52 GBP they gave me a credit note. The item just came back in stock 6 months later so I put it in my basket but there was no way to apply my credit note. I had to phone them and they organised it at their end and I've just had delivery so all's well that ends well. I wasn't happy about getting a credit note when I actually requested a refund but I appreciate them sorting out my delivery now.

I would have liked them to be more flexible in extending my initial order with another product, especially since it had not yet been prepared, as it was Sunday when I requested it.

Ordered a Dice bag and dice. Was sent the Dice Bag with not dice. Tried to contact the company to get the rest of my order shipped to me but nothing was done. I will not be using this site again.

Very disappointed with my purchase. Item does not work.
