Electrical items supplied to UK may come with European plug. This was not clear and buying from a .co.uk I thought I would be getting a UK spec item. Possibly in breach of Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 by selling to UK market?

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITIO! I still have not received my package and it is already almost two months. I have written twice and not heard back, and finally when I called they promised to have an answer to where the package was in three business days and have not contacted me again. Pure crap, I would never recommend it, it would be 0 stars yes there was the option. DO NOT ORDER! It's been nearly two months and I STILL have not received my package. I wrote to customer service twice and got NO reply, and when I finally called to demand answers they promised to contact me with info on where my package was within 3 business days and NEVER got back to me. Awful service, do NOT recommend- I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Good but an order that comes in small pieces without sufficient explanation.information on shortages to be improved.

One part hasn't arrived and I've been chasing my money for 2 months. I still haven't received it. I'll never order from here again. I want to finally get my money!

It was stopped at customs and I had to pay more for it.

The time until receipt was very long, and the information on the status of the order in the meantime was poor.

Required paint colors were not on the site, so I had to order them later after I received the kit.

OK on delivery - after care service awful. Possibly due to language and translation....did not realise it was eu rather than UK bases....

I regretted that the packages were so badly made and not very serious.

Package received almost a month after order (for two items advertised as "in stock").

The reason is because of the slowness in sending the product and if the cause is that some of them had not yet received it when the customer bought it, it seems to me not very serious. It has taken 12 days from Madrid to Barcelona, when in 15 days I have received shipments from China.

Longer delivery than stated.

the shipping of the parcel is deplorable 2 boxes of games wandering around unprotected in an oversized cardboard box, the whole thing barely taped up, as a result the box arrives with a split corner and completely misshapen. zero level of logistics and customer respect,

The site (in miniature motorcycles) is supplied, but the advertised availabilities are unreliable!

Great site - great price! First order delayed compared to what was advertised + one product that doesn't fit in our opinion (maybe bad luck). Otherwise, everything else is great! You can trust them.

MANY TIMES THE PHOTO REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO REALITY SEE APPLES SEND YOU PEARS.

Insufficient packaging, delivery options very poorly explained, late delivery without notice.

A figurine arrived broken at the base due to poor protection in the box. Using bubble wrap would be more judicious than vulgar paper that protects nothing at all. I managed to glue it back together all the same, and a figurine that has nothing to do with the one ordered, so for this second one, a paypal claim is in progress with a photo for a direct refund, which will avoid the site offering a credit note for the first and last time here.

One of the boxes sent to me with my order was the wrong one; it took a fortnight to replace it. No commercial gesture. Disappointing for a first experience!

I strongly advise against this site, which obviously takes no account of its customers' e-mails! for me, it's over!

Customer service is responsive

clear order, but poorly prepared, a decal sheet is not a resin kit.

The delivery was 2 weeks late and missed the deadline I specifically asked for. Reading the reviews I can see I’m going to be messed around further when I try to get a refund. Stay away from these guys.

disappointed by the size i bought a rc car but in all the description there is no way to have the size of the car apart (Typically, a miniature car at 1/18 will be 18 times smaller than the real car.) but what is the real size ??

No serious packaging. Model box arrived flattened even though it was a gift. High price for model taken because of delivery guarantee. Not to be repeated.

My order arrived well, but I had a problem. After placing the order, I did not receive an email confirming the shipment. I opened a ticket on the website, telling what had happened, and they replied that the post office had lost my package and that they could ship it without an item (which they no longer had). The next day, I was informed that the package had indeed been shipped back and arrived the next day. That is, if I had not opened a call about the order, I might not have received the order.

Total lack of seriousness, with dimensions announced on the site that have nothing to do with reality. The plane I received was much smaller. Following a complaint and recognition of the error, I was sent the same plane again after a month, which I just had to return again! This site is to be avoided!

It was very easy to find my way around the site. The only thing that didn't fit was the description of the product. Customer service did reply, but only very late and not in German.

Not very proactive with communications after order placed, then multiple emails stating order on it's way when it had already been received ! Goods well packed and were as expected.

The decals I received are not the ones I ordered! The colissimo return slip I received for reimbursement is not in my name! What a nonsense !!!

I have made large payments a few times now . But the discount of my prime card Does not go well ...Already sent many emails ...but no solution and communication is difficult . That is because I think it is French speaking . And when mail uses the translation computer. Then you do not understand each other...If this problem was not there I would give high rating. Now I advise against purchase discount card prime....
