Small problems of communication, prices and articles "in stock" but which I think are with subcontractors with 1001Hobbies work. I'm waiting for the rest of my order and to see if this site is serious. Their address is still in Paris even though they've moved. That can happen.
I hope I've answered some verified questions. And may our future relations be good. Otherwise, it's a good merchant site, despite a few minor problems which I hope have been resolved. To be seen in the future.

A real nightmare. They take a long time to deliver what they say they have in stock first hand. But the worst thing is that a cancellation of an order of more than 100 € I had to resort to the OCU after a month of purchase to make me the refund. I do not recommend this website at all. They are also the most expensive by far after having discovered other specialized online stores. My recommendation... Flee, you fools!

My order was placed on February 20 and has just been dispatched (expected delivery date April 12). One item was not in stock, so the order was not delivered (but the amount was debited). The most shocking thing is that apart from an initial message (10 days after the order) saying that the preparation of the delivery had been delayed, I received no information, and was obliged to repeat the process to have the order (without the offending item) delivered to me. I was given a voucher for the missing item rather than a refund. I don't think I'll be using this site again, I don't like the way it works.

Waiting for my order for over 1 month, while everything was in stock when I ordered! To finally receive only half and a voucher for the value of my missing order, I'm not even reimbursed!!!! Never buy from them I ordered September 1, 2021 2 protege card ultimatum guard which was available on the site, as soon as I paid the product was awaiting delivery supplier the order was postponed every month for 2-3 months after no more news I had to call them after 6 months I was sent 1 protege card because it was the last, I asked for a refund for the 2nd protege card it should be done within a week and 2 months later still nothing ...never again on this site, products put on sale when they do not have it in stock it is their supplier who stocks and when you buy the supplier does not have the product
