Order arrived incomplete (one item missing). Two messages sent to contact address (the third today 16 February 2022). No response! I have had problems with other sites but they have always been quickly corrected with a courteous response. I now avoid the 1001 Hobbies site, which I don't trust at all.

I've ordered from 1001 HB before and usually everything was fine, but this time the box with my model was packed in a box that was far too big, without any shock protection and gaping . When I opened the package, everything was scattered! Fortunately, nothing was broken.

I ordered a model as a gift, then you forced me to buy paint and accessories. And finally you don't have the model in stock and tell me 10 days after the purchase. I'm very disappointed and feel ripped off. I'd like a refund because you won't honour the order. What's more, you can't be contacted and that's infuriating!

It is a portal site, i.e. the supplier is not Dutch. It took 2 months for it to be shipped. Once it arrived it turns out not to be the product I thought I ordered. This can be traced to the poor description of articles.

fast delivery, but the package was badly packed, the box was twice as big as the items ordered, and they just wandered around inside without any padding or foam, bubble wrap, cardboard, etc. I expected better from this store. When it comes to models, you have to be careful.

I would never wish for such a business practice. The ordered goods were shown as being in stock. After a short time I received a shipping notification. But the order did not arrive even after a month. When I made an inquiry, I received a message for a credit note because one item was not available. I then canceled the order, as both items are required for this model! I then received another message saying that my order was in progress. Once again, I canceled this order. What comes again? A shipping notice! Do they really want to start a legal dispute? Other companies from Europe delivered within 2 to 4 days.

It's a pity that when I placed my order, no message appeared to inform me that the requested quantity was not available. The result was 4 days lost to finalize my order, a new payment, reimbursement of the first order and a problem collecting the parcel... This does not call into question the quality of 1001 hobbies' service in general, which is very satisfactory.

Parcel arrived but with a very/too long delay and unfortunately incomplete...I was however reimbursed for the missing product, fortunately I had made a PayPal payment as it was impossible for me to simply contact them. A very mixed experience for me.
