I was caught by the variety of modeling products, I was looking for Russian ships and here I found them. Unfortunately there was a problem on the non-delivery of the order, it was lost, too bad because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and ordering it 1 month or so before, I did not expect this. Had to wait way too long for the products. Initially the order did not come through to him while it was paid for. Had to look up all the products myself because they knew nothing about it. The Ugears 3D mechanical butterfly puzzle is poorly made. The pieces don't fit, even after sanding and lubricating. After 3 hours of work, we broke several pieces and couldn't complete the assembly. Assembly of the Wooden City mystery box is not yet complete, but I'm satisfied so far. The instructions are clear, the parts detach easily from the brackets, and the pieces fit together quite easily. The only drawback is that it's much smaller than the photo.

My order was placed on January 8, and after protesting on the phone, I received what they had in stock after a month (they were missing two products and therefore didn't ship anything). Since then, I haven't heard from them. I'm going to demand a refund for both items.

You continue to list items for sale on your website you do not have in stock. This causes delays with the rest of the order while you wait weeks for an item to come from your supplier. You need to either NOT LIST the item, ship what you do have in stock and follow-up with the rest of the order what the out of stock item, or refund the customer's money(NO VOUCHER) for the out of stock item.
