First delivery 3 glass containers in a bubble envelope...one broken and leaking. Purchase price refunded plus 5€. Second order one item not delivered but wrong product. German language site suggests that delivery comes from Germany (my personal perception) but comes from France and takes too long in my opinion. You are asked if you want to be contacted about the complaint, you say NO and are contacted anyway. One star is far too much in my opinion. Not recommended!

Hello Very disappointed a late shipment order of February 12 received on 25 no exchange to explain this delay to customers. Difficult to reach you after several attempts we were greeted by a very unpleasant person we just ask if our order was going to be sent. Parcel finally arrived the box containing the model + just a turn over bubble wrap without cardboard without protection box fold inside with broken parts. What can I say without being vulgar? Hello I ordered a product from you with the following order number HVEXS17JQ you didn't have it in stock so I cancelled my order but you sent it to me anyway. You offered to reimburse me if I didn't get my parcel back, which I did under your advice. I still haven't been reimbursed. The order was placed on 26112020 and you told me to contact the accounting department again. That's at least three times, but I get the impression that no effort is being made on your part.

I give the kit itself high marks. Very accurate representation of the Fw-19 A5. Also in my favorite scale.1/18th. The only complaints I have about my experience is that the model came wrapped in a single layer of thin bubble wrap. Fortunately no damage but an external protective box would have been safer. Also as regards the kit no swastika decals were provided. I understand international laws regarding the swastika but not even supplying decals for a display model is in my opinion somewhat extreme. Overall happy with 1001 Hobbies and Hobby Bosss kit.

Hi Although I appreciated you sending me a ""super chipmunk"" and promptly it was not all the same as the one I was expecting - the box is totally different and the plane is much smaller than shown. I was expecting the MHD or ""Thunder Tiger"" Chipmunk with 51"" WS as you showed but instead got the small ""World Models"" which only had a 39"" WS. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd know this. I hoped you weren't trying to cheat me....
