Ordered the Escalation Box Ordered the Escalation Box, Black Fortress. Weeks had passed and I'm still waiting despite it was mention on the web-site there are 4 items in stock. Now, as I see that I've ordered the wrong version of the box I can't find a way to cancel the order and get the refund. Highly dissappointing.

Since you ask for a review: very bad experience! Order placed on December 16 for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. First of all I was told that an item had to be retrieved from the supplier. The item according to your emails was not shipped until 3112. To date no package received the SDA tracking number appears to be non-existent. I sincerely hope it will arrive but reading the other comments I am very afraid!!! And then they wonder why one buys on Amazon.

Price a bit high but wide selection

Well-priced TAMIYA acrylic paints. Satisfactory delivery time despite the constraints of the pandemic. Products received in suitable packaging and fully compliant with my order&""" bémo"" : all paint bottles are covered with an adhesive warning against the harmfulness of the adhesive product affixed to the original TAMIYA label ... and masking the reference of the shade ... which can be removed provided you tear it off with the original label! MORE THAN ANNOYING!!! Fortunately, I'd kept my own order list (with reference no. and name).

Dear Sir or Madam I placed an order with you on 13.12. because the situation was presented in such a way that the desired products were immediately available (= in stock). On 14.12. I received a confirmation of this order. It was not until 23.12. that I was informed that delivery would be delayed because 2 of the 3 products were not in stock and could not be ordered. There is no contact address on the homepage. At the same time, the possibility of telephone advice is advertised. Nobody can be reached via the number, which is also almost impossible to find. I would like to cancel the entire order but I can't reach anyone. I have never experienced so little customer service. As I paid with Paypal, this will be the next step. Might be good if you explain which country you are actually operating and sourcing from. It isn't too clear from the site.

The kit arrived safe and intact. It was properly packed for long-distance travel this shows me the importance 1001 Hobbies puts into their products.

Inconsistent customer service following the loss of my parcel ordered on December 12. Terse emails with no explanation of how to replace the order or even refund it. No contact number. Today is 040121I have no news of my €70 which has gone up in smoke. The children are still waiting for their presents.

I placed an order on December 15 for paints and a paint-tool kit. To date, on January 4, my order has still not been dispatched. They justified this by saying that the kit in question was no longer in stock, even though it was available when I placed my order. What's more, I paid for a more expensive Colissimo delivery, only to receive nothing. So I cancelled my order and am waiting for a refund. Regarding the models, I find it shameful that, given the price of some of them (Titanic 03719 model at over 400 euros), neither paint nor tools are supplied. What's more, the prices on the site are unjustified. The same Titanic model at 340 euros on Amazon with delivery.

I can confirm the long delivery time already described in the other reviews. Unfortunately, the box of the model I ordered was damaged at the corners (torn and dented) although it was properly packed. It must therefore have been sent off with defects. As a gift, this was quite unattractive. Fortunately, the model itself is fine. For the price and a handling fee of almost 10! euros, I expect the goods to be in perfect condition.

Good evening I was expecting a fully assembled model or at least a rigid body structure, but my friend (it was a gift) received a piece of plastic (to be filled with plaster?) and some poor quality decals, not even all the external parts. I'd like my money back (satisfied or reimbursed) but I'm told it's impossible at the moment.

I cannot rate my order any lower. Not only did it arrive more than 15 days late according to the date indicated, but they also did not send one of the items I had purchased because they did not have it in stock. Not content with that, they have not even written me to tell me that they did not send it but they send me a discount voucher for that amount instead of making the refund because it is not a return but a failure in their warehouse. They impose an abusive price (about 70 euros) to avoid paying shipping costs and try to correct their mistake with a discount voucher that of course I do not intend to use because I do not intend to trust this company.

On the site, it's marked products in stock. They take the money from the account and then they tell me they're out of stock. I waited 1 month to receive my parcel. And they didn't want me to cancel my order and get my money back...

Nothing good To begin with, we had to buy a new remote control for 60€ because the one that came with the boat didn't work, and since there's a covid, there's no soap. Then we noticed that the rudders weren't mounted in the right direction, but that's not all, the parts inside weren't properly installed.

Hello, my order was placed a few days before Christmas. It was not a problem that delivery would be delayed - especially because of the holidays. However, in the days that followed I kept getting emails asking me to complete the order even though I had transferred the amount. I received no reply to my e-mails. Only after contacting Paypal was there a brief response. When I placed the order with "1001Modellbau"" before Christmas, I was of the opinion that it was a German model making mail order company. If I had known that the company was based abroad, I would not have placed an order. Because of the current problem with Covid-19, I always have orders delivered to packing stations (which are operated by DHL) whenever possible. This is usually no problem with German retailers. Due to negative experiences, I know that delivery from other European countries to packing stations is often not possible - for whatever reason. This is also the case in this case: although a Packstation is specified on the delivery address, the goods were sent with dpd. It is possible that the shipment will be lost for a few euros, but with an order value of approx. 100 euros I will try to get the money back. My suggestions for improvement: 1. better organization of the ordering process 2. better communication with the customer 3. clearly formulate the delivery conditions or indicate the logistics partner clearly when ordering.

On 3-11-2020 I placed order 061QQVVVGO. On 7-11-2020 I placed the order UXCLSJOPI. These two orders are grouped in another one with number 229785 with date 13112020. Later I place the order GHFSZABMT with date 16112020. After showing my concern for not receiving anything, they send me an email telling me that it seems that 229785 has been lost. I don't know anything about the other one. As of today 31122020 I have not received any of the orders.
