Order Shipping/Delivery time too long to the US I placed an order in late November for a Christmas present. I received no updates as to my order status. About a week and a half out from Christmas, I inquired as to the status of the order. I got, ""Thank you for your patience"", but no other information except my order is in process. It was obviously not coming in by Christmas, so I ordered something else from someone else. I sent 3 requests to cancel my order since it was still in ""process"" and hadn't shipped yet. The communications I received were, again, Thank you for your patience with NO acknowledgment of any of my cancellation requests! We are in the states and had I known this was coming from France, I would not have ordered it. And, I will never order from 1001 Hobbies again. The travel/ship time is too long and the order progress communication is non-existent. After ignoring all my requests to cancel and not wanting to refund any monies, my order came in Dec 29. I did receive some communications as to the delivery on Dec 27. Do not order form 1001 Hobbies from the US unless you have a 2-3 month delivery window.

I have not yet received my package... I have not yet received my package ordered on December 5th. It is now December 28th. I cannot get ahold of anybody in customer service. The phone number in Boston just rings and rings.

Delivery too long order December 15 still nothing received

Order placed on December 8 and still nothing to arrive on December 28!!!! So he missed a gift under the tree. :-( Let's hope it arrives before this

Order placed on December 2, everything available on the site. Shipped only on December 14 because of a supplier problem. Since order in the nature we are December 28. Too bad for Christmas! And 1001 hobbies launched an investigation after the deliveryman. 26 days and nothing. No thanks or rec

The prices are quite competitive, the toy offered (monster truck radio ordered) is of good quality and the description was accurate. On the other hand, delivery times were not respected: order placed on 312 for delivery within 2-4 days. Order received on 1812, just in time for Christmas. However, payment was received

Goods not yet arrived (today 27.12.20) Re.v. 09.12.20 (over 18 days). Parcel arrived on 28.12. with wrong goods!!!

Received too late

Having been let down by another company,I was grateful to be able to find a Christmas present in stock here. 1001 shipped my order promptly but Hermes took a very long time to deliver it 10 days!!! In addition the Hermes tracking system didn't really function well. For me to order from this company again they would need to change their delivery provider!

I will never buy anything here again. Allegedly, money had not arrived even though I had a receipt from the bank. This company cannot be reached by phone. First there is a tape message and then the busy signal! After I wrote a very clear email, they found my money and told me that the goods would be sent. Then it only took 3-4 weeks and ""poof"" the package was already there!

This posting is as at 1700GMT on 25/12/20 in response to a request from 1001 Modelkits for a review. Current status is that my order, placed on 04/12/20, is yet to arrive. At the time of order it was claimed to be in stock but then delayed whilst stock was obtained. Email received on 18/12 stating it has been shipped but the Courier's status is still at ""We're expecting it"". Update at 29/12. Parcel arrived today in good condition. Recipient very happy with it. Changed title from ""Never getting further business with this kind of service"" and rating from 1star to 3 star. No higher because the initial ""In stock"" was not true and the length of delivery time prior to receipt by UK courier was excessive (although some of that may have been abnormal due to covid related port closures).

The delivery took quite long but I can live with that However all labels of the paint jars had stickers on them covering up the necessary paint codes ???

Far from happy, I ordered on 2/12/2020 and my order was showing as in stock on your website, you took my payment immediately, a week later I received an email saying you where waiting for a delivery from a supplier, so it wasn't in stock, I then received an email to say my order had been despatched on 16/12/2020 with a tracking number, the tracking shows that the courier has not received the parcel yet, so this will not arrive in time for the present it was intended for. I will never use your company again

Packaging clearly inadequate. Boxes were flattened in transit.

Order was supposed to be delivered on December 19th, it's now the 24th and I still haven't received anything !!!! it was a Christmas present

Ordered products and didn���t get a confirmation email just an email taking my payment. Researched website and it came up as a scam site, so sent an email cancelling my order and informing them that payment had been stopped. The next day received endless emails telling me couldn���t cancel my order etc etc. I did however receive delivery of the items however the boxes were damaged and looked like they had been opened and indeed sent out and returned before! All of the models had been removed from their spines and were just rolling around in the packaging. Not impressed and would never use these people again and would advise people to stay away from them. Especially as they are not the cheapest peo

Hello Ordered received after 24 days shame and say buy local packaged in a simple envelope no protection 3 times too large products this ballade at least in Asia packaging adapted and very fast 8 10 days the 24 days Paris Villiers-sur-Marne... And 8 euro Site to avoid Never again... Go to aliexpres more serious. Cheaper and delivered to you.... Bye

The toys I ordered met my expectations. Unfortunately delivery times are long and my parcel arrived in a terrible state, the toy boxes themselves being damaged.

Difficult to give such an opinion but in the absence of delivery from the S° in charge (BPost) I can not give another opinion. I order and pay for a home delivery and BPost doesn't come to deliver and keeps the parcel in an agency located 1 hour from my home. Sorry for the shipper who made the wrong choice of prestata.

Bad shipping time Bad shipping time , cost of delivery represents specail courier rate , but actual shipping time is longer than air post parcel.

I ordered a model kit on the 2nd December intended as a Christmas gift. The order arrived but contained a piece of heatproof glass with nothing else certainly no model kit and not even a delivery note. I contacted customer service and 3 days later I received a response asking for photos of what I had received. I sent photos and another 4 days before I received a response advising the photos can�t be opened and wishing me a happy Christmas season. I have resent the photos and received no response. I followed up with another email and almost a week later I have had no response. I paid over �50 for the kit and just want a refund now. I would not order again from this company. Mistakes happen but it�s now two weeks ago since I reported the issue and I am not confident my money will be refunded.

I placed an order on 31220 On 41220 the money was already withdrawn from my account Today on 231220 I still have not received my order I have already sent about 4 mails and still get the answer that the package is being sent I do not know how long I have to wait for the Christmas present for my grandson! What I do know is that I will never order anything from 1001hobbies again.
