They had a awesome selection of hard to get model kits (well hard to get in the US anyways). Prices were okay but considering I couldn't find them anyplace else it is what it is. Fast shipping too even with things as messed up as they are now! I will use them again for my model needs!!!

Transport too expensive. And too long. The same price as the item purchased is not normal.

On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. You offer solutions and they do not respond to your emails. It is a site that is based in Spain (Madrid) and they attend you by phone in French. You can check it. My order is paid and held. However, contrary to what was displayed on the merchant site at the time of ordering, the items ordered were not in stock and had to be restocked by the supplier, which delayed the dispatch of this order. After a complaint, the sales department estimated that this product would be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, but I'm positive that it was in stock (four items remaining) at the time of my order. While this malfunction of the site or stock management had no effect on the final outcome of the transaction, it did damage the image of the service.

I placed an order on November 7th. On the 14th I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched via Colissimo. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received anything. The Colissimo website indicates that my order is being prepared by the sender or is being handled by them. Admittedly delivery times can be longer at the moment, but still ... What's more, you're unreachable on the phone and I can't log on to my customer area. Despite several attempts to reset my password, I have received nothing. It's the right e-mail address and I've checked the spam. I won't be recommending you and I'm considering taking action if I don't receive my order in the next few days.

I ordered 3 items and what i received were two correct items and one incorrect which i did not order Order number 6JUCCAC5F I received an item called PLA NAVY FLIGHT DECK CREW with item number CDM350003 but i ordered item number AHMM35-003 which is a Micro-Mir G7ET3 German Torpedo I tried to contact 100hobbies nl but the only thing i heard was a message machine I also send two emails but until this day i get no respond I paid arround 30 euros for something i did not order and i can not use I still have some good hopes that they will solve this problem and otherwise i have to go to the police to report this and take further steps
