I'm very disappointed - I placed my order on November 6 and still haven't received anything, even though it was supposed to have been shipped on the 18th.

Vreselijke communcatie en geen duidelijk inzicht in leveringen Product bleek na 3 weken niet op voorraad te wezen/ niet leverbaar te zijn waarbij eerder verteld werd dat het onderweg was en de week na besteldatum zou worden verzonden. Helaas is de webshop onbereikbaar per telefoon en krijg je vreemde half franse e-mails terug wanneer je contact zoekt. Nu bleek dat mijn bestelde product niet geleverd kon worden kreeg ik eerst een mail met 3 opties: annuleren en geld retour, een credit of een alternatief product. Na gemaild te hebben dat ik de order graag gecancelled zie en mijn geld retour krijg. Vervolgens komt er een nieuwe mail binnen waarbij de optie tot terugbetaling van de bestelde goederen is weggehaald maar geen response op mijn eerder gestuurde e-mail.. beetje apart. Al met al tot dusver een slechte ervaring en mijn geld nog niet retour ik vermoed dat dit een ongoing story gaat worden gezien het stroeve verloop tot nu. Mochten de zaken binnen korte termijn netjes en correct worden opgelost pas ik uiteraard mijn review hiernaar aan.

I ordered a product which I later found out had to be sourced from elsewhere so there was a delay. I did receive the goods in due course. However, my biggest gripe was the lack of and poor communication throughout. Otherwise ok.

Hello, my parcel has still not been delivered to the Boissy relay point. It has gone back to Paris 11 ?? even though it never arrived in Boissy. I know the person who runs the relay point. What's more, I've sent you 2 reminder emails on the subject, to which I've never received a reply. I'm therefore expecting a rapid response from you so that I can be delivered.

My order took a month to be delivered. I placed the order on 16th November and yet it transpired that it hadn't even been dispatched until 30th. During this time, no reason or apology was sent to explain this delay. When the order eventually arrived it was incorrect. The only saving grace was that a refund was supplied for the missing items - but I would much rather have had them in a timely fashion.

Interminable shipping

I placed an order on November 4th. On November 25th it is pre-registered at the post office pending to be taken to the post office for distribution. Today is December 8 (more than 1 month after placing the order) and it is still pending to be taken to the post office for distribution.

The two-week delay in dispatching the model was surprising in itself. The model was never delivered anyway, it's still in an inaccessible Mondial Relay depot that refuses to drop it off at the chosen relay point! I had a relay point 50 meters from my home (rue Vaubecour), but it was impossible to select it. The relay point on rue Tupin doesn't seem suitable to receive your products! What

Unfortunately, prices are extremely high compared to other model suppliers. Lead times are extremely long. I tested another supplier a week ago and received the mock-up within three days of ordering, with a price difference of 30% compared with your site. You'll understand that I won't be ordering from you again.

Order placed at the beginning of October with all products in stock on the site. The sum was debited from my account 3 days later even though the parcel had still not been dispatched!!!! 2 weeks later I phoned the customer service and was met by a charming person who assured me that I would receive the parcel in two days....... guess!!!!!!! Nothing after two days. The following week I call back and get the same person who's sorry and tells me she's seeing her boss about my order and has to call me back or send me a text message....... guess!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the sms!!!!!..... I call back the following week and again come across the same person and tell him of my dissatisfaction and request a refund for my order. He understands my request and guarantees that I'll get my refund at the end of the week...... guess!!!!!!! I had to call again the following week to find another person who finally refunded my money. In short, the site doesn't send orders and doesn't honor customer requests..... I've deleted my account. There are many other more competent sites in France and abroad.
