Claims amazing customer service Claims amazing customer service, call the number and I can't get a person, or leave a number, so I have to leave an email, however, my issue is time-sensitive, and I need to be able to call. There is no indication your order goes through when placing an order. When you go to enter credit card information you are redirected to a sketchy site, and they keep rejecting my Visa.

I used a 100 euro gift voucher and normally free postage. Not only did I have to pay the shipping costs, but it was also impossible to find a parcel delivery address. Two weeks waiting for a delivery, which still hasn't arrived! Not impressive

In my order of modeling paints, it happened that a small bottle not having the cap closed properly lost most of the paint in the package.

The model I chose in the wooden model section ended up being a plastic model of a kinder for adults. Moreover I received the order after more than three weeks ..... too bad for my father's birthday ... big big disappointment

First the order was not processed then I had to file several complaints and when I threatened to take legal action my request for processing was heard. I ordered Scary Terry with the sword hands and got a completely different Scary Terry. I just hope that Krombobulus Michael's leg matches the color later. I got the model kit I ordered in a reasonable period of time considering that it was shipped from France and delivered to me in California. It arrived in good condition with no broken parts. It is good to know that there is a place to get model kits at a good price which may not be readily available or not available at all from other sources.

I have CCTV on my property and there was no attemptt to deliver my expexted parcel.. the steert was busy has workmen were laying new footpaths on or street . I had 4 other delivers made that monday no problem

More than 3 weeks delay to receive the order !!! Payment was taken immediately. On receipt: the resin part broken into several unrecoverable pieces! No rigid packaging to protect the pieces just a bubble envelope 10 times too big. And we pay 8€ for shipping. Pathetic. Compared with European sites that ship within 3 days with a parcelag

Fast delivery payment of 20euros delivery within one week

Two problems with the delivery: I asked for a home delivery but it didn't take place, so I had to collect the parcel from the post office. Apparently a problem with colissimo in my area. So I paid more for home delivery, which I didn't get. Second thing: one of the puzzle boxes arrived very damaged, apparently dented by one of the other boxes. Otherwise, the products are exactly as pictured on the online ordering site.

The products correspond to the order. These products were supposedly available for delivery within 3 days. Products ordered and charged to card on 101020. Received on 221020. 10 days delivery by colissimo is very expensive.
