The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox, which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!!! After communication i am now considered as ""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye.

This could have easily been prevented with another layer of wrap or a box and wrap. Not worth sending back as it appear this is the only/last one available in silver.
