On the 14th they send an email ""your order is ready"" On the 17th they send the same email (but one item is still missing) on the 22nd ""your order will be shipped shortly"" on the 23rd ""it has been shipped"" as of today 2912 the tracking code does not show up in the database. The delivered product was ok as described. The timing was not very fast but it is still related to the delivery time during the Christmas period this year (2020). So no problem at all. I don't give 5 stars because I had paid an extra 25€ to have a Gift Package with Message. However, not found the message inside the package and also the box was wrapped very roughly. Which forced me to redo the package from scratch.
