The initial package apparently disappeared in transit but was ultimately replaced by 1001 after investigation with their couriers so a loss was happily reduced to a delayed arrival. I will use them again.

Hello, first successful experience. A few comments on the stability of the site (I very often lost my basket while browsing elsewhere on the site). In my opinion, the search engine could be improved. It is also possible to write a note to the recipient (gift). The packages were well wrapped, but no note. A bit disappointing.

On the day of receipt I sent a message via the ''support'' button to customer service with a short description of the problem and pictures of the product I received A day later I received a reply asking if I wanted to send pictures of the product I did this again In the end I spent more than a week with no more than 1 e-mail per day in an attempt to explain the difference and to arrange a solution for the wrongly sent product. Finally, on November 20, I received a message that I could fill out a form for a return request at my own expense. It is unfortunate that a support issue takes more than a week especially if the support turns out to be a wall that is not willing to help you but instead does everything possible to make the already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant Whether this is due to unconscious incompetence or deliberate stubbornness I will not say. This was my first and last experience with this website.

Hello Your package is missing the glue and paint! Ordering these accessories separately is VERY EXPENSIVE! You could enclose them anyway. What can we do with a model to be assembled without these accessories? It looks smart to give an incomplete gift. Only went to 1001 modelkits because it was either them or China. If I had gone to China for the items I would have got them for half the price at 1001 modelkits. only problem with China is you have to wait an eternity for delivery.
