This is a quality kit but let down by flimsy and ill defined instructions. Diagrams are poor and the order of construction is not clear. Parts are of a high standard and the tyres (for both models-custom and stock) particularly good. So good kit but the instructions -on two sides of one sheet of paper-lack clarity.

Three days ago I spoke to an English speaking lady of your customer service who told me that in your system only two items were sent to me????. According to you I should still receive three items while I am missing one Z6217 ( British 25lb howitzer) I was supposed to receive a refund voucher by mail but haven't received it yet! Your administration is apparently a chaos and you are totally not customer friendly!
