Last time I gave them two stars and thought I was being generous. I can totally understand delays during the pandemic and, if they can finally, four months on, deliver something I thought impossible to find (which they did), I must say a thankyou. They get so many five stars, but too many one stars, suggesting a huge variation in perception. I would bet that an easy order, of readily available products, gets through in no time. Any problem though and the issue then becomes communication or the lack of. How often is that case anywhere? Even the standardised repeated replies, here on line, to the most favourable reviews, suggest a simple failure to communicate with customers. On this occasion though I got constant messages about delivery progress, for a product I had assumed impossible to find. Complete contrast to my previous experience. I will not judge them too harshly now, they have had problems with moving site I do know and there is some suggestion of a worldwide virus problem of some kind. Good luck folks.

I received the goods, but because it was an international delivery, it took longer than I expected. I have been unable to open the product for health reasons, butI trustit will be Ok

This model arrived missing a major part looked like the box had been tampered with but I didn�t realize the part was missing until after I started the build. To bad I was hoping to find a good trustworthy overseas supplier. I�ll keep looking.

It was good that the low-cost version (without paint) was included here. And the delivery time (despite the need to restock) turned out to be reasonable.

Very good service despite a difficult period for co

Hello I bought 2 tubes of glue and one of them leaked in the packaging. I got my hands full of it and as a result the tube has been cut open. However, I have to pay another 6.99 euros and the site doesn't allow me to order only the glue with the 5 euro voucher. So it doesn't solve my glue problem.

A lot of choicedelai fast for my first order and very lond for the second.Very satisfied with the accessories.

4 weeks delivery time for stock items (at least as stated when ordering), postage fees that make your skin crawl and catastrophic packaging: the items (including glass) thrown into a bubble envelope, a hole cut in the envelope for the items that are too big and off to the post office. Once and never again!!! Definitely not recommended!!!

Relatively slow service when sending orders. And poor after-sales service - I'm still waiting for missing parts from a previous order...
