Interesting material but very fragile Better protection would be a plus

My first order was fantastic and... My first order was fantastic and smooth. DHL was expansive but incredibly reliable. No problem with that. My second order was with Callisimo which casted a lot of uncertainty because of previous first hand -ve experience. 13 days now after they claimed it has departed French airspace and I am still waiting for it here in HKG. We shall see.

One small regret: the numbered ref. not indicated, which would be very useful when several shades of the same color are used. Otherwise, it's perfect and fast. ME

Very happy with the figurines. On the other hand, the Chronopost delivery was mediocre. The drivers were unable to deliver the parcel to the right address.

Ordered a PE set for the Arizona in 1:200 scale. According to the item description, delivery would be on July 20th. So I waited. On the 20th the status was actually set to ""shipping is being prepared"". On the 21st the package went out and UPS number was provided. Received item via UPS on the 24th as announced via UPS. Shipment was probably from France. The packaging in the envelope of the PE set shows some signs of damage. Either the UPS courier had a bad day or the employee who packed the item. But otherwise the PE set is complete and in good condition. So the bottom line - ordered and received as 1001Modellbau.de had stated in the item description. Because of the packaging one star deduction otherwise it would have been 5.

I have missing parts in the model I had bought, received the model on the 13th July still not resolved now the 26th. Not impressed with the after sales support. Model kit was a Heller 1/125 scale Ariane V only 40 piece kit, 12 pieces missing ( full spruce). It���s now the 11th of August and still no parts, been told that they are being sent from 1001 model kits Vendor, who have still to send them, totally not happy with the sale support received, I have had to contact 1001 myself to get updates. Which seems to be no progress

For my first order, a very long lead time, admittedly during the containment period, but lack of communication. A lot of improvement with the second order, both in terms of delivery time and availability of products.

Coincidentally this model is reasonably normally priced but I regularly come across aircraft kits that are 2x as expensive elsewhere good example is the Tamiya P28 Lightning1:48 scale costs at you €110- while everywhere else €65- To €69- as well as the AirfixMosquito scale 1:24 at julle far over the €200- while you m elsewhere can buy for half this strikes me with many of your packages why is this so? But ordered items from me are always very good and fast delivery so that is top With kind regards

The model itself is the size we wanted, but it's one thing for the chassis to clip on poorly to the passenger compartment. You'll have to work a little harder.
