I'm usually very happy with my orders, but this time I'm a bit disappointed. The health situation does call into question delivery times. But paying 20€ for delivery to have my model in 3 weeks I don't think that's right. Especially since it was always noted 2448h. I have not yet received my model as I write this comment. Have a nice day!

Simple, well-designed website. Well received the purchase within a reasonable timeframe (7 working days) during the known 'Coronavirus' circumstances (March 2020). The model box and general packaging were in order. On the other hand, the 'purchase tracking' service via pc did not work (in my case?) which added 'stress' to the concretization of this operation until the delivery date.

Overall, the service is good (shipping, delivery time, packaging, contact). However, I didn't give it top marks because I found the customer service answers imprecise. I had asked about the number of copies available of a product for a group order. Shortly after placing my order, the product was still available (perhaps a quick restocking...). I could have grouped my order instead of making 2. In conclusion, the customer service response is sometimes rushed, but it's still a good site with good service.
