The parcel has not yet been delivered! The tracking number is wrong or ?? and does not work! Super model, correct delivery time. However, the model's packaging came unstuck in one place and the brush didn't fit (not great for a gift, but not too bad either) and it's full of dust. This isn't my first order, but in the latest one, dated September 29, I notice that some parts are still missing or have deteriorated. Ref: 80789 autobus parisien TN6 C2 2 tires are missing and one part (seat armrest) is defective. Even if I understand that you're not in the business, please tell me how to go about obtaining a replacement.
