** stars because I did not receive any information that what I ordered was not in stock or available at the time of ordering. Only when I asked did I receive an email. It was another week until delivery. Delivery without outer packaging only wrapped in black foil although it was three puzzles. Fortunately arrived here without damage. All in all, not satisfactory.

Undoubtedly a good service even if the sending of some e-mails should be done more carefully (e.g.: the reminder of transfer for payment did not wait for the usual time of execution of the banking transaction that is regulated by a European regulation). The very content of e-mails that I assume to be automatic in some cases is misleading (e.g.: confirmation of receipt of payment looks more like account registration confirmation). The prices are generally above the market average for the subjects of my interest (scale airplane assembly boxes) with few exceptions. For what has just been written, the policy of frequent discounts is valid, even if e-mail notifications tend to arrive later than the start of promotions. Of course it is sotenibile as a business choice the equation high prices = high quality of service.Otherwise the parcel arrived in reasonable time the goods were properly packed and in optimal condition.

Excellent packaging to ensure there was no damage to the item however it took a very long time to arrive!!

Very good turnaround times and a problem with missing components was dealt with quickly by exchanges on the website and sent asap by post. I would not hesitate to make a 2nd purchase from 100

A few days after placing an order for a model, customer service got in touch to tell me that the product was out of stock and that the restocking date was estimated at 4-5 weeks. With no further certainty provided, I opted for a refund (now in progress). I appreciate the customer service's spontaneous contact, even if given the amount involved (just over €450) it was a minimum. I can also understand the announced restocking delay, given the origin. What doesn't encourage me at all to try again is, on the one hand, the number of reviews posted here mentioning this problem and, on the other hand, the fact that at the time of ordering this model was indicated as being in stock in 5 copies (unless I'm mistaken, that's still the case today! ). I think it's a pity to make it so difficult for people to know how many items are in stock, which must require a much heavier follow-up, and which has to be done for a certain number of items. In my case, it was shooting myself in the foot, because going from a stock of 5 announced to 0 in reality makes me wonder about the very existence of stock tracking, and doesn't really give a feeling of reliability. parcel conforms to the order products very well packed speed of dispatch despite a small mix-up due to the tracking which indicated that the parcel had been dispatched but the follow-up by the site of the post office said that the parcel was ready but not yet taken in charge by the post office. In fact, the parcel had left the 1001 maquettes depot, but the post office took two days to dispatch it, so it wasn't the seller's responsibility. With the cat, the person I spoke to did her utmost to inform me of the situation. So yellow card to the post office and good point to 1001 maquettes. I'll recommend you without any worries, while keeping in the back of my mind that the post office has its failings in your area. I definitely recommend

The box arrived completely broken as it did not come with protective packaging. They have sent directly the box of the model that is a very thin cardboard wrapped with plastic. It was to make a gift and the appearance was horrible. For this that would not have increased their costs much I will not buy again in this store because you risk that the merchandise arrives destroyed.

The model is fine what I didn't like is that I didn't know when it was going to arrive the tracking number they sent me by email was not correct I tried to contact them to solve the issue and I got nothing. They did not reply to my email. That's why the score is so low.

I placed an order for a model on September 4 paying for a shipping service that promised to deliver the package between September 6 and 8. On the 7th I sent them an email asking about the status of the package and was told that it would arrive the following day (which was Saturday the 8th) or early the following week. I was also told that the tracking code would certainly be provided to me on the 8th. I told them how unhappy I was as I had paid extra money for it to be delivered between the 6th and the 8th. Trying to contact them in multiple ways I was given the tracking code on Monday via customer service chat. Finally the package arrived on the 12th and they mailed me the tracking code the day before. The package was correct and arrived in good condition. Overall my rating is bad and I am disappointed.

I sent off for the Douglas Bader spitfire model it arrived today in a plain brown box which was in perfect condition ""But"" when I opened it to reveal the kit box I was not please one bit the kit box was battered infact if I had gone to a local model shop and it was the last kit in stock I would not have brought it in that condition. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this seller again .

Excellent customer service and delivery (on time). On the other hand, the product (dolphin helicopter) had obviously already been opened because it was damaged (landing gear detached). The item was sold out but there was no mention of any discount.
