Why does it take so long for delivery of my order? Why does it take 10 days from the time of my order (30 July) for you to pull two small sheets of decals from your stocks, put them in an envelope and mail them? Why did you not forward to me the tracking number of my order as you said you would do? Why did you omit CALIFORNIA from my address that I gave you? Why did you include my postal code mixed in with a bunch of other numbers making it very difficult to know where the package was going? This probably explains why it took another 16 days from the time you put the package in the mail to the time I received it yesterday (25 Aug)

I ordered an item and received it… I ordered an item and received it damaged. Sent pictures and still have to return the item to France. No names given of who to contact, only Customer Service Dept.! The item was not that much money but I did ask for a refund. The item was a vacuum formed canopy that is easily crushed and was sent in an envelope! Should have been in a box. Not a good experience. Ken

First order. Correct delivery in good condition but not the fastest: 10 working days but modelling is not a matter of urgency either. The negative point would be the price. When comparing, I noticed that some products are more expensive (e.g. new Stuart 135 Tamiya tank 49.49€ available for 40€ with delivery in 48h max) But considering the choice of 1001 Maquettes, I'll come back to them in the future.
