Jolly good, but be prepared for a bit of a wait for delivery. After I'd ordered from 1001 (due to the very competitive price) I read the Trust Pilot reviews which made me wonder if I'd done the right thing. However, although the model car was delivered with all the speed of a glacier - 11 days, in these days when we're used to instant gratification - and after four emails (one duplicated) letting me know they were dealing with my order and had posted it about five days after receiving it, everything was OK despite the contents rattling inside the outer packaging box. (A little more scrunched up paper next time chaps!). Thus, all good, but be prepared to be patient while waiting for your order to be delivered

Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.

Delivery time is completely unacceptable. Packaging looks used.

Excellent choice, but perhaps a few automotive models are missing, such as some Volvo 240 740 760 850 940 Berton... Some finer grit sandpaper 6000 8000 12000... Otherwise very good site! Kind regards CALLENS B

Huge choice. But expensive models and long delivery times.

Large and extensive range but unfortunately.... I had to wait almost a month for a letter (1 decal sheet). What's more, it didn't come in the form of a letter but in a parcel which I also had to collect from the post office. I have already mentioned the long delivery times several times. Regardless, this criticism is ignored. The delivery service is simply unprofessional.

However, after seeing many complaints about orders not being received at all or seriously delayed I would expect that 1001 Modelkits would make other arrangements to insure the best possible customer service. I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations. I don't understand why you use colissimmo for 8 pinceaus, with all the costs that this entails, when using a bubble envelope would have been more economical.

Ordering and delivery: no problem at all. All that remains is to assemble the model to see if it's the right material. NB: not all paints are oven-baked
