I ordered a Jeep Wrangler in Nov 16. First I was told that the product was out of stock, even though it was advertised as being in stock on the site. I then received a discount voucher equivalent to the amount of the purchase so that I could order it at a later date. When it was available again, I realized that the coupon was actually worth 0€... :-( After contacting the customer service department, the problem was solved, but I realized that the coupon didn't count towards the shipping costs, i.e. 7€ for a purchase of 22! Not finding it normal to have to pay postage a second time, I receive a second coupon valid for postage this time. I placed another order and received a free figurine. After making the payment, I realized that the figurine had in fact been billed to me! Totally discouraged, I finally accepted the slight surcharge. I finally received my Jeep in

I am very dissatisfied. For a payment on 19.02 and a parcel announced on my account as dispatched on 28.02 (it's not those 8 days that I have a problem with) on 09.03 I still have nothing, not even a tracking number. I've had no reply to my two e-mails. Finally this morning I reach ""customer service"" through the chat which tells me that they will ""investigate"" and send me an e-mail but still nothing. Delivery times are not respected at all and they don't seem to care. In the meantime, my son's birthday went well. And to think I was planning other orders. Very dissatisfied. Update on 22.03.20""1001 Maquette"" sent me another order (the first was""lost"") with a commercial gesture: a few more colors. This second order reached me very quickly (yesterday) and the contents are in order. So I've raised my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Conclusion: I'm going to try an order again in the next few weeks and months, hoping it goes well from the start.

Product ordered and never received. I was always the one who had to ask for news: the company is not responsive at all in responding to emails. Fortunately paid by PayPal and therefore refunded. I waited over a month to write this review to give the company a chance to fix the problem--not even an apology from them.... I rarely leave reviews but in this case I was taken for a ride so it seems only fair to let them know.

For a basic order (all the items ordered were supposed to be in stock) it took me 6 phone calls and several messages to get the situation sorted out, as the site announced that the order was being prepared but not dispatched. The reason given was that certain products were not in stock (I repeat that everything was in stock at the outset). After more than a month, the order was finally received. That's a long time! I'm not a grudge-holder, I'll place another order to see if I can get it.
