I don't understand why all these stores keep sighing for reviews. I think there is a wire loose. It drives you crazy, everywhere you go you are immediately just asked to review. I'm of an older generation and I don't get it all anymore, trust in a store I usually let follow more orders, it's that simple.

Stuff was fine on the site, everything after was not fine. I received multiple emails that my ordered product was still in my mantle and therefore still needed to be ordered. This was never the case and only caused confusion. Therefore, I wanted to call your phone number, which thus did not work. Finally, I ordered this product from you since it was said that there would be an estimated delivery time of 7 days. Now I understand that Christmas complicated some things, but still then a mention that the delivery times will be different during the holidays would be quite nice.

The items were well packed and in good condition upon arrival although neither kit was shrink wrapped. The order took almost a month to arrive. I did not realize the kits were coming directly from Europe. The price was not low enough to justify the long lead time. Tracking information from France was vague at best.
