I received a delivery and the packaging, which was not damaged, contained only air. There is also no contact person at the company, you always have to address the company as 1001 modellbau. You have to pay in advance and then you only get air, the EU has come a long way in Europe, something that didn't exist 30 years ago. I can do without such a Europe. I paid over 30 EURO for air from France. Now I have received the same model in Germany with postage for 1495 euros. I will never order anything from abroad again.

Order placed on 1610. Delivery estimated between 1710 and 2010 according to the site. Some of the items in my order were mentioned as having a 10 to 12 day lead time. Today is 111, a public holiday, but the 12 working days have passed and despite 2 reminders by e-mail, no response. No news of the order. Good choice of products but not serious about delivery times and customer information. And from reading the various reviews, I'm far from being a good customer.

Item was stated as ""in stock"" and payment on my part was made immediately with Paypal. Nevertheless, the shipment was not carried out. After more than a week, I only received the answer ""Thank you for your patience ..."". ... I would have preferred an explanation and a ""Sorry was not in stock ..."" would not have been a problem.
