Humbrol Paint order Did not have all the colours I required ,9 out of 10 is not bad ,the 1 colour that was missing I managed to get elsewhere . Delivery was spot-on so no complaints there either .

Two weeks! Still no delivery of order. Ordered supplies from their site that were marked as in-stock. Order has been sitting in the ""Being Processed"" state now for over 2 weeks after I've been charged. No updates, no back ordered notifications, NOTHING. About ready to file a claim with PayPal on this one. Be wary of this company's order fulfillment time.

5 star price, 2 star customer service The price is really good, so I am OK with the LONG waiting period. But customer service is bad, when I told them my items are damaged, they replied my VERY slowly, although they did send me replacement parts. They don't even inform me that they are sending the replacement. Overall I am pretty happy now, because I got my replacement(still pretty slow), and the price is REALLY good!

I had been offered a €100 gift voucher to use at 1001 Maquettes. I placed an order but couldn't figure out how to use it. Fortunately, there was online chat. The delivery conditions are totally unsatisfactory: 1) The invoice advertises Collisimo and the charges correspond to this service, but in reality the service used is Colieco, which takes much longer, so this is a misleading statement 2) The choice of bubble envelope is not the most appropriate for sending glass jars I am not satisfied with 1001 Maquettes, which seems to cut corners to the detriment of quality of service and respect for the environment.

not all products are available. For the same product, the price is often 2 times more expensive than on other sites. For the same delivery quality, e.g. silo parcel, the price is 25% more expensive. In short, too expensive. For an unavailable product, there is no refund but a credit note. On another site, the product was at the same price but without the credit note.

In the size guidelines, it says that the 32nd and 35th are equivalent. This has never been the case, as the 35th is one head shorter for the figures. Some manufacturers, seeing a resurgence of enthusiasm for the 32nd size, have simply changed the label on their figurines to 35th, selling them as 32nd rather than creating new molds. This is obviously profitable for them, but certainly a disappointment for the buyer. One less head is one less head, and that can be disappointing. I can't see any way of finding out without being able to open the box. Unless you can specify the size of a standing figure from head to toe.
