fast and efficient

They offer a lot of good things that you can't easily buy elsewhere. There is something for everyone, but unfortunately the store is based in France, which is noticeable in the delivery time and payment.

10-day wait is too long

Very good choice of models... Reasonably priced... On the other hand, delivery is a little slow (allow 4 working days to make your package). Packaging needs improvement (I received a notification from the post office indicating a packaging defect which delayed delivery by 1 day! Fortunately there was nothing missing

Plenty of choice But on a reference Tamyia polishing paste received another brand . But I'll recommend it with confidence.

I have been disapointed so far because I received the wrong order and have had no response from customer service to date... The processing of my order seemed to be OK. I received timely updates regarding when the products would be received for shipping. I also received a notice when the order was being shipped. I received a shipment in 2 to 3 days as was stated. However, I received the incorrect shipment. My order #14439 was not what I received. I received order #14539 which is not mine. I have sent 2 e-mails to customer service ([email protected]) and have had no response yet. The Website states that Customer Service is important to them. I have seen no evidence to date. A customer service telephone number for English speaking customers would be helpful. I am awaiting a response regarding what to do with the incorrect shipment I received and what is the status of my order for which payment was accepted.

1001 had what I needed at a reasonable price! I needed some Aber treadplate and 1001 Models had it in stock. The real irony is the North American importer for Aber lives a mile away but was out of stock at the moment. The delivery speed was resonable with no undue Customs hiccups coming across the Canadian border (and minimal snow delay as well). Ordered on 10.01. Confirmation of receipt of payment on 12.01. (so far great!) but only on 17.01. the notification that the items have been shipped. This is ok so far but not a top value. Italeri article for 2199€ - ordered from another store for 1495€ Conclusion - absolutely praiseworthy huge selection especially for scaffolding sets (here also comparable prices). - fast confirmation of receipt of payment with prepayment (that makes a good gut feeling) - relatively fast shipping - unfortunately clearly too expensive for kits (sometimes almost double the price compared to the competition) ... this messes up many orders that would end up with you at a comparable price because I (and also model building colleagues) would place them with the scaffolding parts Since the price is no secret and everything else is serious, there are still 4 stars.

Very satisfied with the products ordered. On the other hand very disappointed with your site for the management of addresses (billing and delivery) Nothing is respected even after calling your sales department. A piece of advice: improve your site for delivery and everything will be fine.

I'd like to add a little something to my assessment. I've just read a number of comments and I've noticed that customer service very often tends to blame the end-of-year festivities for delays. However, as far as I'm concerned, my order was placed after the festivities and delivery still took 15 days.

Received torn packaging surrounded by tape ""La Poste"" for the package to hold and a callage really done in a hurry that did not allow the model to arrive unscathed.

what can I say???? voilà I decided to get back into model making and after a""surfÃ"" on a multitude of sites I came across 1001....... I appreciated the wide choice in models the simplicity of navigation..... to finally place an order....... aie..... a few days later an e-mail telling me that as soon as my order had been ""processed"" I would be notified.... then.... the wait..... in short.... more than 15 days before receiving my purchase.... (fortunately no bad surprises on opening) very disappointed by the abnormally long wait in view of the delivery costs.... really dommag

After a few stomach aches regarding orders from abroad, my negative expectations were not confirmed. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the foreign bank transfer with its endless chains of numbers. The model was also delivered within a reasonable time. I will order from 1001Maquettes again.
