hello currently impotent following foot surgery i placed an order on october 8, 2012 to occupy days that are unfortunately very long when you're going around in circles. i still haven't received the model i ordered 12 days ago. i'm the first to be sorry. The decals supplied are of very good quality and were sent quickly. The only flaw was that the envelope was a little too short for the decal sheet and the decals were a little creased as a result. Otherwise everything was really great.

What made me decide to place an order with 1001 Maquettes was that they still had in stock some models (Italian aviation of the IInd G.M. from SMER) that were unavailable from the competition and even cheaper. Great Product... This is a great website to use but be aware that their communication does lack. We only had to contact them once to get our information, but it did make us a little nervous. They did come through with a great product and a good price. Would recommend them and will use them again if we find something we like.

First order via simple Decals was a disaster. Delivery took place 3 weeks after the seller's shipping confirmation but also only with the involvement of PayPal conflict resolution. Not recommendable!

My experience takes place in 2 acts. In December 2011, I ordered various items, all of which were available. On receipt of the parcel, a part is missing. I asked for a refund, but the store refused on the grounds that I was using a credit card. I was then given a credit note for the amount of the part (22 euros from which I would have to subtract the shipping costs, of course). The model was also available and I asked for it to be sent within 48 hours (this is obviously more expensive than normal shipping). It's nothing to write home about, but it's still a pain. Good communication but item was sent with some delay and packaging was poor. (+) My questions were answered very quickly. (+) The item was as described. (-) The item was sent 9 days after I made the payment (-) Package was not protected well. Both of the diecast cars had their tyre off. Luckily it was not so bad and I could put them back.
