I had to cancel my order because it never happened in 3 weeks I had only 1 figurine out of 3. Figure that I received because I yelled once. I'll have nothing to offer at Christmas and the refund money is still not in my account. The prices are very fair considering everything, and there are figures that I have not found elsewhere! The quality is obviously high as the figures are original, and the (free) shipping was very fast. There are *some* figures with higher prices, if you want to save money on everything you will have to buy from more sites besides this one, but I have noticed that if an order is very large the margin of savings is greater. Good service in any case, and the items arrived safely packed and without any damage.

I left many messages to customer service, asking you to change the delivery address because I was moving. Finally I contacted an operator to do it and she told me that everything was ok, that she had changed the address.
