customer service is very good.my main interest is 1/72 napoleonic military figures and my favorite brand, Zvezda, is prohibitively expensive.something I find hard to understand, especially since I don't have this problem with my other retailers.

This is my 2nd order with 1001 Hobbies. The first one went smoothly, but for the last order, an item was missing from my package. On my account, the missing item was supposed to be in the parcel (no separate shipment or later notification) and no note in the parcel. The same day I sent an e-mail to the website address and to this day I still have no reply from them (parcel received on 09/08 and it's now 13/08). I don't know why my item was missing from my parcel, nor whether it will be delivered soon or not... I still have no answer even though my order has been paid in full! I'm disappointed with the after-sales service! I haven't even received an acknowledgement of receipt, after sending my query by e-mail, stating that my request had been processed. Will I get my money back? Will I finally receive my parcel? I'm still in the dark and I don't think this is right and professional.

Too long. One week to process an order before shipping. Buying from France is fine, but ordering from abroad is quicker...

Lack of precision in the online catalog; I'll explain: when searching, I enter "Soviet armored models from the Second World War" in the search bar, and the page appears. In the filters, I click on 1/35 scale, and a new page appears with a wide choice of models. However, as I found out the hard way, not all the items on this page are from the requested period (1939-1945). Some items are post-war, even modern, and there's even a box of Japanese figurines. As a result, I bought "by mistake" a BM-21 Grad Rocket truck ref. TU01028 from the 1960s, thinking I was actually buying a BM13-16N ref. ICM 35512. Too bad, I'm keeping it anyway, but I don't have the model I wanted. Nevertheless, the site offers a great choice of items, but it's a bit too expensive. Too bad! Order placed on 08 August, received on 09 via Mondial Relay and in perfect condition. So perfect.

Today, August 11, I am still waiting for my order, which was scheduled for delivery on August 1. According to what they tell me, as I chose the untracked shipping option, if I don't receive it in about a month from the due date, I will contact them again. What does the fact that you choose the untracked shipping option have to do with the fact that the order will arrive on time? Please clarify this for me, the order is paid for.

I ordered 2 items. I only received 1 of the items and was charged for both items.

1001hobbies does its job as it should and tracks everything well but the delivery person Delivengo is not recommended. The package could not be delivered because my address was wrong or missing. When it was finally delivered by our trusted letter carrier from Bpost there appeared to be nothing wrong at all with my address label ???? Understand who can understand.

Received a wet and ripped package, damaged decals and instructions, and support has had 36 hours now and no reply, so i'm left not happy at all. I have paid 11,5 euros for the delivery special of it being brought through the carwash on the way to me, so how am i to feel other than disgusted, was excited to build my F-8 crusader, but now, i man... meh. the delivery having ruined it has kinda ruined it for me as well.

The quality was good but the expectation of this item being an actual backpack was a huge letdown and waste of $100 when I still have to go buy another backpack

I was looking for a part to finish my CC-01 Build. I came across 1001 Hobbies because their website said they had the part in stock. I placed my order and received my item in about three weeks. I would given 5 stars but the shipping company they use did not provide a tracking number only an estimated delivery date. My order came 5 days after my estimated delivery date. If you plan on ordering something from them just be patient. Also I believe they are located in Europe. If you're ordering from the U.S. like I did, it may take about three weeks to get your item.

I waited over 1 month for my order although a delivery time of max. 1 week was stated. I wrote to support and only received a reply days later. But the product was good

Well-organized site; fairly timely delivery

I ordered a low-wind kite, not in stock when ordering, but it seemed ok to wait for a week. Somehow it seemed not possible to get it in a reasonable time. I had ordered an additional cheaper kite, on one hand it would make the delivery free, on the other hand the item could be a toy for my kid. I ended up only having the 'toy-kite' AND having to pay delivery cost. On top of that I had to 'yell' at them to get the full refund (minus delivery cost for the cheaper item I was much less interested in...). In summary not a satisfactory experience.
