My pre-order became an order, I received my product very late despite being assured that my product was in stock. In the meantime, the price of the product had dropped by 2 cents (a difference of €100), and I was assured of a refund, which took me 2 months to obtain. The information I was given on the phone was contrary to what I had on the website, and finally I received my product, although I was told that delivery was still 4 months late, and I was offered a cancellation and a refund of my order. Otherwise, the product (Vecna statuette) is perfect.

Telephone service is unreachable, so lousy if you want to respond to your order. After returning to the mail, there is still no response after over a week. Bad service I think ... The order was delivered, unfortunately with a damaged box. Again, due to the aforementioned, I can not make contact.

If I have received the order mentioned in the Subject, I am extremely disappointed. Of the fifteen pots of Tamya color, only two are identified, and the others have no reference. As I'm not color-blind, I don't have any trouble distinguishing between green and yellow, but it's less obvious between different shades of the same color. A simple mark with a felt-tip pen would have sufficed and wasn't time-consuming. This was my first order and I'm afraid my last.

Concerning the availability of the article, it is generally indicated on our site: either it is "in stock" and available immediately", or "dispatched within XX days" in which case there is a little more waiting. Occasionally, a product is being restocked, in which case the lead time may be extended. In such a case, don't hesitate to contact our customer service department by e-mail at [email protected], who will be happy to answer you. Concerning the weight of the parcel, I'll pass on the information: indeed, a simple letter could have sufficed. Finally, concerning the choice of Mondial Relais, we can't do anything about it: it's a problem that concerns Mondial Relais and one of its relays that must have been saturated or closed, which forced you to change the address. Bonjour , maquette commander sans problème , le seul soucis c'est le temps d'attente pour la livraison presque 15 jours alors que d'autre site livre entre deux et 5 jours maxi même les Belges livre plus vite . si non a part cela on est prévenue de l'arrivée du colis si non un bon site de maquette qui reste pas donner niveau prix.
