The tracking link indicated in preparation, I have a message saying that the package will be delayed while the package is already at the relay. Communication on package tracking needs to be reviewed. Order status from order placement to order receipt was not consistent with other 5 star modeller suppliers. There was no order confirmation nor order shipment email sent, order shipment tracking information was not available on line and two emails to 1001hobbies customer support requesting this information went unanswered.

Two aspects in the experience, the purchase on the site was very smooth, the delivery times and the customer service contact were deplorable. 7 weeks for delivery of an item supposedly in stock with a delivery time of 7 days and only one contact after 6 weeks on my follow-up, very anachronistic in today's e-commerce world.
