Everything perfect, a tad long the shipping process....

Great site, flawless product, long delivery time, immediate response , with first vague responses following no complaints, but you know we modelers would come have our products right away.

Improve prior information on the product for sale. The rest of the service is satisfactory.

No response to my emails. Only response in French language. Why no Dutch language on my e-mail? I do not know if I received the right flight simulator, I have contact here with Ikaris. Waiting for message from Aerofly, if not good, then back to 1001 hobbies.nl.

Accepting orders that you don't have in stock creates problems. This has happened to me twice now.

Good service. The products were sent wrapped simply in bubble wrap, so the products are fully visible. I think it could be improved by putting them in a box, ben that no breakage was made on the products.

I received my order quickly, and I am very satisfied. For the future I hope that nothing changes.

The ordering process was easy. Was kept informed as to when the book was shipping/shipped. Down side was the tracking info did not give a eta for delivery. Was notified that but was delivered when in fact it was the next day it

Bof bof... out of 4 items ordered, finally some are out of stock, I replace them then finally I receive only half in my parcel, it's sent back again 1x. In short, I won't be coming back to this website.

way too long delivery time

Product ordered in stock then finally reassorted, then reassortment date postponed... No comm and as luck would have it the order was sent without infoquant to the undelivered product on the same day as the cancellation request.

Ad claimed the model was 1/400 scale instead I received a 1/700 scale

I would have given you 5 stars without hesitation, but you gave me a fright when you sent me a message saying that you couldn't prepare my order until I had paid, even though my account had been debited. Otherwise, you're top-notch, so next time you'll send me 6 stars.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the delivery time. I only regret that the curtain ropes are not included in this package.

Clarity and security of payment to be improved

When you place the order, they give you an idea of how long it will take depending on the chosen option. Then it turns out that this is not the case, not even by approximation. Tell the truth, period.

It took me a month to receive my order.

Almost 3 weeks to receive my order.

Ordering system was fine, easy enough to navigate. Didn't realise that some items were on back order so delivery took a while, but not outrageous. Was a little disappointed with all the non standard labeling in French covering the English directions and caution labeling, something which I think should be addressed at source, especially when targeting the UK market. Otherwise everything is good, items as described and correct, good value for money, no complaints really.

Although on the site the products were available, it turned out that this was not really the case, hence the slightly long delivery time. Apart from that, it's OK.

Quick delivery but wrong address

I RECEIVED MY SECOND ORDER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER WHICH WAS MADE ON JANUARY 25. I WAS TOLD MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT ON JANUARY 28 AND TO EXPECT DELIVERY ON FEB 10 THRU 15. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I WAS ADVISED MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT LAST WEEK (MARCH 1) BUT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO TRACK IT. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BELEIVE. AT THE END OF FEBRUARY I SENT AN E-MAIL TO 1001HOBBIES REQUESTING THAT MY ORDERS WERE TO BE CANCELLED AND MY PAYMENT REFUNDED. I WAS NOTIFIED A FEW DAYS LATER THAT MY SECOND ORDER WAS SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY AND A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT WAS TOLD THAT MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ON LINE HOBBY SHOP PURSHACE. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE USING OR RECOMMENDING 1001HOBBIES IN THE FUTURE.
