When I made the purchase it indicated that it would be delivered on January 3rd. As of today it has not arrived yet.

It was a gift. The order was placed on the 26th and on their website they announced shipping in 3-5 days and it arrived today, preventing it from fulfilling its function. If they can't meet the shipping deadlines they should have informed you in advance. it is not acceptable.

I then requested a refund of my payment. At least that worked. Unfortunately I don't have the kit now, but I won't be ordering from1001hobbis again.

Delivery times on the site do not match actual delivery times. In fact, I still do not have my delivery!

I have been charged twice for my purchase and not received a refund. Neither have I yet received my goods. Poor customer servic0

The negative assessment is for having put on sale products that instead it was impossible to find and having ordered in early December in order to receive x Christmas this misunderstanding has created me a bit 'of problems ... Excellent instead the management of the problem a customercare always present with email updates and the resolution in the total refund took place in the time needed for foreign bank ...so to avoid the larks as sales and give real availability of products only then you acquire loyalty from customers!

Nothing is perfect, you have a great choice, but not always competitive on prices. Sincerely

A bit slow. Also, due to our absence, they left the package at a neighbor's house without notifying us, so we didn't know what had happened to the package until the neighbor told us he had it. For the rest, everything was fine.

I understand the timing of my order, but when you assure that it will arrive on time, you have to do it. Besides, there is no instructions on how to return the product.

Overall ordering experience was great. Delivery was fast considering the current circumstances. Everything came within a rather secure and good condition box.
However, my only issue would be related to the Scania R730 Streamline model that I ordered. For a newer person they may not receive what they thought they'd get as the products images does not match what you are actually purchasing. Before I ordered, I checked the models number and it referenced many of the same pictures, but of a different configuration. I would like to see accurate images for each product.
That would be my only negative. Everything else about the order to delivery was brilliant. Thank you.

At this high price I was expecting a thick plastic cockpit like the original. What I got instead was a very light, poor-quality plastic cockpit. And when I see that I have to pay for a possible return if I'm not satisfied, this would be almost the price of a new model. I'm very disappointed.

Good, only issue is lack of order confirmation e-mail detailing what I had purchased. Received the Credit Card payment confirmation, OK, but nothing else, which is unusual from an internet seller. Would be 5 stars otherwise.
Delivery was fine, took 6 working/business days to arrive.

Too bad I got the delivery information in French ( not my best language ) but the rest was ok

change delivery drivers....great problems with the incompetent private parcel company.

Speed and tracking are OK, but the shipping box was slightly dented, but without trpo damage to the material saul the slightly crushed Tamiya comppund tube.

For model painting, the number would be useful because it's not easy to choose the right color with the number.

The only problem is the cost of transport

It took 10 days after the order to tell me that an item was missing. I asked for a refund and then an email informed me that I would receive the item (which was almost twice as expensive as the competition) and then with 22 or 23 emails received it was too much Result: I received everything but it was very very complicated.

The sales department reacted very well to a problem with delivery times. Thank you very much.

Pleased with the model, although the box arrived a bit warped. Beyond that, the parts, instructions and decals were in good condition.
