Order was delivered more than a week late. Delivery times are not correct at all.

Original order went missing, but they did re-send the order, but too late for Christmas. Inadequate communication from the start from 1001hobbies, which left us anxious for the 5 weeks between our order and eventual delivery, but we did receive our parcel in the end, containing a model which promises to be very exciting. I still don't know the reason for the delay, as my several messages to them have gone without reply. I guess they were busier than anticipated this year.

The site is very complete and easy to navigate. The desired items are easily accessed. The service is correct and the shipping is fast. Another very different issue, and in which the store is not to blame, is in the quality of the kit which is absolutely awful, with numerous burrs, the fit and adjustment between the pieces is horrible and the quality of these leaves much to be desired. Anyway, I will try to build this Polikarpov I16, type 5, in the best way and applying body putty very generously.

I ordered a submarine model for my son for Christmas ordering the recommend paints that were listed against the model. When my son opened the box to start to build the model on Boxing Day, we discovered that only one of the paints recommended was correct and I’d wasted £22 on needless paints!
I have written to complain and heard nothing back. Won’t be using again.

The navigation through the mobile regular. The delivery, although it was a little late but it arrived on time and the product was perfect.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the items were fine when they eventually arrived. Listed as 3-5 days delivery, they arrived after 13 days. They don’t answer the phone or answer emails. I paid extra to use PayPal, and extra for gift wrapping. The gift wrapping was appalling. Items arrived too late to give as an Xmas present. I won’t be using this company again.

I am satisfied with 2 products purchased. Now, I regret that they were sent very late. When I placed my order (November 27), 1 of the 2 products was in stock and the other should have arrived within 2 to 4 weeks, i.e., before Christmas (they were Christmas gifts, so I was confident I'd be able to get them in time....). Unfortunately, after some time, I received a message from the site telling me that, due to stock shortages, my 2 items were going to be shipped to me after Christmas for receipt on the 30th. The baubles!!! No more Christmas presents!!! Fortunately, it was for people who no longer believe in Santa Claus and who had to make do with gift certificates while waiting for my parcel to arrive... I think a commercial gesture would have been welcome to compensate for this delay... Too bad they didn't offer me anything (even though my order was around 100 euros, which is no small amount...). So I'm a bit disappointed...

Everything was ok, but I was not satisfied with the delivery time. They wrote that the parcel would arrive by Christmas with express delivery. I didn't choose this shipping method, but with a bit of luck it could have made it to 24.12. That's why I ordered from you. Unfortunately, the parcel was only sent a good 1 1/2 days after the order was received and arrived on 28.12.

Package received, gift-wrapped appropriately.

Package ordered December 16 with expected delivery between December 20 and 23 arrived December 28. It was a gift for Christmas... So on December 24 I had to rush to find an alternative.... Very annoying...

Mysterious timer 2. Age booklet 12. Bottom right image of fastener flap (green arrows on right): the fasteners are 1.16 mm too long. Should I cut them to support them? Thanks BH

Delivery date announced before Christmas, parcel finally received on the 27th with one article out of the 2! Site contacted, they tell me to have alerted me by email that one of the 2 articles is out of stock, but I had nothing, the email confirming shipment indicated well the 2 articles in the parcel. In the end I was sent another parcel. Serious after-sales service, but disappointed not to have received my items for Christmas... Hoping that the models will be of good quality

Very mixed opinion, complicated order, order of 3 puzzles. After 3 days it was still being prepared, even though the site talks about fast delivery. When I sent a message, I was told that 1 puzzle was missing, and I was automatically given a credit note which did not interest me. I ask to cancel the order, and they accept my request and promise me a refund. 2 days later, this incomplete order is shipped. I'm offered to send the order back.... In short, after I don't know how many exchanges by e-mail because it's impossible to get them on the phone, I pick up the puzzles at a relay point and they promise to reimburse me for the missing puzzle which is still a credit .... I accept but I'm waiting..... Too bad they don't update the unavailabilities. The puzzles are great, well protected. But the after-sales service is pretty disastrous in the event of a problem that could have been resolved very quickly...

Kit exactly as advertised. Website has option for English, but important parts of tracking remained in French. Fortunately, easy to understand with a little knowledge of the language.

The two stars are because we did get our order eventually. But be warned that the products are shipped from another country and this company does not answer their phone or emails. You just have to have faith it will get there. I paid 45 dollars for expedited shipping however it still took 2 weeks for it to leave their warehouse in France. I ordered something else regular shipping and it took the same amount of time.

It is not possible to ship A4 size decal sheets without hard protection. Mine arrived 50 percent damaged.

Very disappointed with this site, order placed on December 9, delivery scheduled for December 18, then scheduled for early January. After several complaints finally delivered on the 24th. With other sites, delivery takes place in 2 or 3 days for the same product. Unreliable site

I found the shipping package in the stairwell without having signed anything for acceptance. It does not seem logical to me since the condominiums did not declare anything to me and for that since my name was listed it was considered that the delivery was delivered to myself and not to other people...now I am waiting for the refund of the credit note amounting to € 28.89 since more than 14 working days have passed .thank you!!! Thank you!!!
