It's fine but there should be more options when it comes to picking up your package, not just at a home or work address but also an alternative pickup point like collaborators, stores, tobacco shops, pharmacies, etc.

Very large selection of products, that's what made me choose this site. The only point to improve is the description of the items (it's annoying for a drill bit set not to know what size they are...). This will also likely allow for a more efficient search for products. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything arrived in good condition, within fairly short deadlines.

The order was received well, but communication is non-existent. Never received an answer to the question about the status of the order, only a message from bpost about delivery without mentioning which company it came from. A shame about the lack of communication. The order itself was fine.
